My husband and I live in Antioch, TN which is 3 hours from Somerset. We were looking for a convertible Solara and he found it on Carfax. He contacted the dealership and Edwin was our sales man. He was very patience with my husband and worked a deal for us. They had the paperwork all ready for us when we got there. Thank you Barney. You guys have made our journey awesome. We can’t thank you both enough. Even though we have only had it for the day we have really enjoyed it.

At the risk of sounding rude, what do you need to discuss? The young man that greeted us as we pulled into the garage was extremely nice and very polite so this is absolutely NO reflection on him! Our check engine light came on and in so many words advised us to go to a Toyota dealership and have the vehicle checked. We immediately found your dealership. It did not appear busy, bays were empty and 3 men hanging around in the glass offices. We were “immediately” told it would be a 1 hr wait and a minimum of $ 100. just to plug the hand held diagnostic machine in to get a reading on what the problem was. When we questioned why the wait and price of doing something so simple it was suggested that we go to AutoZone or O’Reilly’s, because there is no charge there and they can do it without the long wait. We are familiar with this auto stores, but our Highlander is ONLY serviced via Toyota dealerships, has been since we purchased it brand new. I am usually not one to write/post complaints but we were just totally overwhelmed with the lack of initiative to even want to do a mere 5-10 check and then gouge us on the price especially being Toyota customers!


It took several days for someone to get back with me

It took several days for someone to get back with me about the vehicle I was looking for. And then I was told none available when actually they never gave me the option of cars of my same specs in the pipeline. Now I'm driving further to purchase my 2022 Toyota Highlander .

RAISED PRICE $4,900Spoke with Christian, Paul, Glenn,and...

RAISED PRICE $4,900 Spoke with Christian, Paul, Glenn,and Matt all with the original price of $19,900 on a 2010 Dodge Cummins pickup truck. As I am 3 hours away I did an online credit app for the amount of roughly 13-14k as I was putting 7k down. A day later was notified no bank would make a deal because the mileage (217,xxx) and with it being a diesel.(Dodge rates that engine 350,000 miles before any major engine repair.) That evening they raised the price to $24,800. So why would they take a used truck in on trade knowing no bank would finance only a portion on the truck and then turn around and raise the price $4,900. Any reliable or trust worthy dealership would not act this way. So now I have a hard credit check on my credit report due to a poorly ran dealership.

Like most dealers that agree to a price and then sneak in several hundred dollars at the end. if you buy a car there do not let them sell their overpriced extended warranty to you and look your contract over before signing anything.

False advertising

False ad. A Toyota advertised as a Porsche. You shouldn't trust anything they say.... Why would they put this ad up and keep it up.

D. Vinson, We are very sorry for the posted error on this vehicle. Sometimes the VIN Decoder from the inventory software may filter an incorrect model based on reading the Serial number. This occasionally happens when the model year is changing, such as the 2020 to 2021 models. It appears that this happened in this instance and we didn't catch the error. We are sorry and will continue to do a better job proofing and inspecting vehicle postings. It was never our intention to post a Porsche instead of the 2021 Corolla.
