Just purchased our 5th vehicle from Don Marshall. Ben and Jimmy always take great care of me. We love Jim in finance too! The staff always goes above and beyond. No pressure

This dealership was a rip off. I will not go there again. After getting a written estimate on a service for my mini-van, the actual price for the service ended up being almost $100 more than the estimate I received previously. Because the service needed wasn't urgent, I only had them do part of the work. Then within a week of the service being done, I had to have my vehicle towed to their shop. After finding out what was wrong with the van, we told them that it would be out of their lot as I was unwilling to pay another $300+ for another shotty repair. Went to another service station, who's willing to do the work for almost $200 less. Also, bought a pre-owned vehicle from them that we've had to put money into to make repairs, that were supposed to be under warranty. This car has been in the shop almost as much as it's been driven. The same problem seems to be coming up and they are unwilling to properly fix it. This shop will be reported to Chrysler as well as the BBB because of their poor business practices. I've never been treated as poorly in a service department as I was in the horrible place. NEVER AGAIN!

The sales guys were great! No pressure to buy and it didn't take the whole afternoon to go through the process. We told them what we were looking for, they found it and gave us a great price! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Great customer service!

we purchased a truck bed for our cab and chasis truck. Tim worked with us on getting the bed on the truck along with all the extras that I wanted. The service dept was very helpful as well they went above and beyond to help us with any questions or problems that arise!!!!!! I would recommend them to everyone

The staff were easy to work with and very easy to talk to. They were Not high pressure. Let us test drive every vehicle on the lot. Even offered to find us exactly what we wanted. We also were given free oil changes for life. Just an added perk. We will buy our next car/truck from Don Maeshall!
