The vehicle was as seen on the website. No bait and switch or the “car just sold.” The Finance Manager, Mr. Dillon was friendly and efficient. We paid cash so we were in and out 90 minutes ! My wife timed it.

I have used Chesrown for all the service on my vehicle

I have used Chesrown for all the service on my vehicle and am extremely satisfied. I do stop in to schedule since i do not like the on line process. I do plan to continue to use the dealership for my service needs.

Service department personnel are always so efficient,

Service department personnel are always so efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything always seems to run. So smoothly. I?m a fan! The new car sales department was great too, but I didn?t visit them this time .

Always a great experience.

Always a great experience. Joe, our salesperson, has sold us three cars now and we will come back to him every time. Finance department was easy to work with and the facility is always clean and comfortable.

Tom Stephens was very helpful in assisting me in setting

Tom Stephens was very helpful in assisting me in setting up some of the new features that my car has like syncing my phone and getting OnStar set up. This is my 3rd car that I have bought from Chesrown. I keep coming back because of the friendly atmosphere.
