Took in Friday and was told we would hear Saturday with no response until Monday only by a text. 2018 Traverse has required many costly repairs and has brakes that squeak that they only offer short time repair so now we have to drive a car that squeaks. Between cost and quality avoid Chevy!

Service is, prompt, quick and efficient. Always friendly service employees and cashier and the environment is always clean with plenty of seating to go around and of course the dealership is not far.

This was one of the best experiences we've had while looking for a replacement vehicle for our lease. We were at the end of our 6 month extension and still no word on the Buick we ordered in February from another dealership.
