I went in not really knowing what I wanted and Armando was able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. I bought an encore and love it 100%. All the features and options were explained very well and I am very content.

Knowledgeable Sales staff, Patient and fully stocked. They don't have the free stuff like before, but who gives away free stuff anyway. I ended up with a great deal and a great car.

It is what I was looking and hoping for Tom Stevens was our sales person he was very helpful in making every thing come together. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Chesrown. I always looked elsewhere, but their free service program was always the tie breaker and we were always able to make the deal. Now that Chesrown does not offer any complimentary service, I just purchased 2 vehicles at Byers Toyota next door.

I was treated poorly a year ago when I purchased my...

I was treated poorly a year ago when I purchased my vehicle so I should have known better than to return. I stopped in interested in trading in my vehicle and was embarrassed in the way I was treated. My salesman took my information, checked out my current vehicle and ran my credit. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a response. After about 30 minutes I went back inside just to see my salesman working with another customer. No courtesy was givin to me what’s so ever. There were tons of other salesman standing around just shooting the xxxx with each other while I stand there and look stupid. The only reasoning I can possibly come up with is either because I’m a woman or because I had a black man with me! Racist or sexist! Sad to think that’s even a possibility in this day of age but this was my second experience and both times I have been made to feel like xxxx. This all happened 4 hours ago and now they are closed and not one attempt at communication. Just sad really!

Dishonest and Misleading...

Shopping for a new car? Please do your homework before visiting Chesrown. I scheduled a test drive directly with the sales manager today. Upon arrival, I was told the truck I wanted to drive wasn't on the lot. Nor was any other GMC truck...in any color, in any trim. Trucks that are listed on Chesrown's website can be "in transit," meaning they're not actually in inventory. I literally scheduled a time to test drive the car, took an hour out of my day to drive the car...and there was no car. No apology, just a trite "I can understand your frustration." There's another GMC dealership literally 10 miles away with 5 of these vehicles on the lot. If Chesrown is willing to lie about something as transparent as actually having a vehicle in stock...what else are they being dishonest about? Incredibly short-sided and inconsiderate. Please do your homework. Travel an extra few minutes and visit other dealerships. Trust takes a lifetime to earn...and a moment to lose. Chesrown lost mine today.
