Committed to Excellence

We recently got our second Lexus and BJ was our salesman. We required more time & patience the second time around since our criteria had changed. BJ was right on it, and dedicated to an excellent experience. We are VERY happy with our IS350 and would recommend Germain Lexus of Dublin!

Flawless Purchase of 3rd Rx !

This is my 3rd purchase of a Lexus Rx. It was the best experience of the 3. BJ was great, very helpful and efficient. He addressed any concerns I had and quickly got back to me when I contacted him. I got a great deal on my trade-in and everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I am a loyal customer because of the great sales staff. Love my car and would not hesitate to recommend B.J. to friends when they are shopping for a Lexus.

Certified Pre Owned with damage

I recently drove a long distance to purchase a CPO Lexus from this dealership and, after the transaction, noticed that the center console was cracked across its entire width. I pointed this out to the sales rep who advised me that nothing could be done and that I must pay for the repair out of my own pocket. This damage was not covered by the CPO warranty. A manager was to speak to me, but never did. I cancelled the purchase and got my check back. The dealership is obviously going to sell this damaged vehicle to someone else who might not notice the defect. I was disappointed in both the quality of the product, and the quality of the service.

We sincerely apologize for the experience that you have described. Our General Manager reached out to you a few weeks ago, in an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, an agreement was not reached, but we appreciate the opportunity that we had to discuss the matter. Although issues like this are extremely rare, it is very disappointing for us to have even one unsatisfied customer. Thank you for your feedback, and we will make the necessary changes to ensure that an error like this does not happen again.

Out of state buy

We found a certified RX 350 on auto trader and did the financing and most of the paperwork over the phone. We spent just over an hour in the dealership signing and get the rundown of the the features of the car. Overall great buying experience. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Didn't have to spend a whole day in a dealership with a 3 1/2 hr drive each way!!

Experience after purchasing

My original review is the featured review on this site. I had a fantastic purchasing experience, but cannot say the same currently. 3 months after my purchase, I had a tire blow out on my car while driving. To my disappointment, I found my spare tire was completely dry rotted and would not hold air. Since my spare was not in a usable condition, I had to pay an additional $100 to be towed (on top of $50 for assistance in changing a tire that couldn't be used) and had to purchase 2 new tires for my car instead of 1. The staff at the Lexus Service Center was great in helping me and documented my tire was dry rotted (I recommend working with Josh at the service center!). I was told by the dealership they would find me a used tire to replace my spare but it could be a week before I had a spare and no time frame was guaranteed. I drive daily to/from accounts for work so driving without a spare tire for 5 days or more was unacceptable to me for safety reasons. Although I appreciated the effort, I wanted to speak with a sales manager to come up with a different resolution if possible and share my concerns. I received a voicemail from the sales manager and called back around an hour later and left a voicemail. Since then, I have left several voicemails on the work number and cell number I was given and have not had a response. I also emailed the General Manager asking to be please be contacted by phone or email. It has been almost 1.5 months and I still have not received a response after the original voicemail left for me. Before purchasing a car anywhere, I would suggest to look at the condition of the spare tire. I did not think to do this and now regret it. I would hope Germain of Dublin would inspect spare tires on all cars they sell whether certified or non-certified to help maintain the safety of their customers in the event a tire would go flat or blow out. If my spare would have been in usable condition, it would have saved me 4 hours of time sitting on the road, $100 towing expense, and around $300 for a 2nd new tire. If there is nothing the dealership can do to further help me, I would have at least liked the courtesy to be told that and the opportunity to speak with someone regarding my concerns in trying to change the situation I was in for their future customers. I will certainly purchase another Lexus in the future, but more than likely will not be at Germain of Dublin due to lack of response and customer service after the purchase from the dealership management.

Out of state purchase..

After searching online for a Lexus LS460 L for several months. I finally found what I was looking for with everything that I desired. So I inquired about the car by e-mail. The next day I was contacted by Clinton an online car salesman. Clint answered all my questions and concerns. The price he gave me was good and the vehicle transport charge was cheaper than he estimated. In less than a week my new Lexus was in my garage! The process went much smoother than I had anticipated. Clint is a real kool guy! NO COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GERMAIN LEXUS OF DUBLIN IS EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am still so excited about my very first Lexus...

I am still so excited about my very first Lexus purchase!!! I still get that excited butterfly feeling in my stomach when I look in my garage and see it! I honestly wanted to take the time and let everyone know about my experience at Lexus and my salesman. I worked with Jeff Lesosky, and he sold me a beautiful 2012 ES350. My husband was out of town that week, and I was with my 2 small children. Jeff made me feel instantly comfortable from the get-go and he also was speaking to my children. No one even looked at my children at the other dealerships I visited that morning and honestly to me, that meant a lot to me that he acknowledged them too. I explained that my husband usually made these "big purchases", and Jeff completely understood and slowly walked me thru each step making me feel comfortable while patiently answering all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable with all 3 models I was looking at, and he helped me choose the right car for me and my family. It's refreshing to know that a dealership hires and trains their staff to be "like a family" instead of "how expensive of a car can I get this customer to buy". Jeff even helped me transfer all my children's toys into my new Lexus and even gave us each a bottle of water and took the time to buckle my children in their seatbelts and he was "high-fiving" them thru the car window while we were driving away with smiles on our faces. Take it from me, Jeff Lesosky is the best salesman! Go see him!
