Fantastic service at Tansky!

Fantastic service at Tansky! Kirby was knowledgeable, upfront, gave good guidance and was a pleasure to work with. And a shout out to shuttle driver Mr. Patterson, a warm-hearted guy with excellent people skills. A good service culture at Tansky, will keep coming back.

1/25/26.

1/25/26. My husband and I have been coming to Tansky since 1984! In all those years, we have scheduled checkups according to a schedule, and I have never asked for special consideration to schedule in a hurry. Last week, however, I phoned on a Friday morning and asked for special consideration to get in asap because something odd -- and loud -- seemed to be going on with the front left tire. My husband is scheduled for serious surgery on Monday, I told Amy, and I was concerned about having a problem with the car that got me out and stuck somewhere. Amy got us right in on Friday morning. Mo kindly helped me when I arrived. To allow time for a diagnosis and work on the car, I rented a car and went home. The person(s) who worked on the problem stayed late to continue and, I think, came in early on Saturday morning to finish the job. For their expertise and kindness, we had the car back in good order by noon on Friday. One of the women in the check-out place (is her name Nickie??) completed all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. In addition, one of the valets (whose name I didn't catch) and Quenton, helped get my husband's wheelchair out of the rental car and into the trunk of our car before I left for home. We are so grateful, always, for all the Toyotas we have owned during the years and for the excellent follow-up service at Tansky's. The time, however, was very special because of Amy's compassion of getting us in early because of my husband's medical situation, and the whole team's collaboration in completing the needed work efficiently, effectively, and quickly. Thank you to all. With much gratitude, Mary Davis P. S. Your drop-down selections offer "very good"; however I would prefer to say "excellent." Kudos and much gratitude.

I highly recommend Tansky Sawmill Toyota! I had a great experience working with my salesman Kaelan Lee. He was professional, patient, and made the entire car-buying process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The manager, Tom Wiertel, was also fantastic to work with.If you're in the market for a new Toyota in Columbus, ask for Kaelan!

I come here for service.

I come here for service. I was due for tire rotation and I had a low pressure warning. Tansky took care of me for free because I had bought my tires from there, and they took care of my spare tire too! They have a nice waiting room with free coffee and tea. I look forward to coming here.

I recently took my vehicle to Tansky for scheduled

I recently took my vehicle to Tansky for scheduled maintenance and had a good experience. The team was friendly and helpful right, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. When it was time to pick up my car, my service advisor provided a thorough and appreciated level of detail. They gave a clear, excellent explanation of every service performed, including showing me the parts replaced and detailing the results of the multi-point inspection. I left feeling informed and confident in the work done, which is a rare feeling.
