Good service.

Good service. It took a while because they had to run diagnostic tests and then install some items. I originally signed up for a Saturday appointment, but when I got there, they said they didn't have the mechanics to do diagnostics. I had to leave and reschedule the appointment. That is the reason I'm not giving a 5. The system should not have let me reserve a date and time when service was not available.

Excellent buying experience!

Excellent buying experience! Kirby was great to work with - courteous, up front, honest, and very helpful. The financing department was equally outstanding. The fact that employees do not work on commission creates a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is clearly committed to providing the best possible experience to the customer.

I purchased a new Corolla Hatchback in Feb 2023 and was

I purchased a new Corolla Hatchback in Feb 2023 and was told by the sales rep, Tony, that upon driving away in my new car that they had only one key fob to give me due to an ongoing chip shortage However, Tony informed that the second key fob would become available in about six months. Since I am a trusting person, I drove away in my new car believing Tony, and trusting that I would get what was owed to me. But I never received my second key fob. After six months, I starting inquiring during my service maintenance appointments about my backup key fob and had been given the runaround by various salespersons. Today I happened to be getting maintenance during regular business hours and had a chance to speak to a manager named Tom. Tom informed me that they had no documentation of my getting only one key fob at the time of purchase. According to Tom, my not gettting the second key fob was somehow my fault, but he offered me an appeasement crumb. I could purchase the 2nd key fob that I should have gotten with my car purchase for ~$200. Learn from my exceedingly bad experience. Don't trust Tansky and don't trust Tony as far as you can throw him. I feel utterly betrayed and sorely disappointed.

Took car in for regular oil change/filter.

Took car in for regular oil change/filter. Guy at service counter told me it would be 89.99, then had me sign the estimate sheet which was pre-printed with 79.99. Then they pulled their shenanigans and wanted me to get a throttle cleanse (not needed), tire rotation (just had new tires put on), and new wiper blades (NOPE, can do that myself and they were going to charge $80). So, no extra services so he says, ok your total is going to be 89.99. I said NOPE, the sheet I signed clearly stated 79.99. He said no it didn't. Because you know, I'm a stupid female with grey hair and I cannot read. No, honey boy, it said 79.99 and that is what I'm paying. I went to cashier and she acted like she was doing me a big favor by giving me a discount to 79.99. Since that appointment, I've had a flat tire (one day after), a tire losing pressure constantly, and two of my tires were inflated to 40. Coincidence? This shop used to be good and trustworthy. I've always owned Toyotas. Will not take mine there ever again.
