We just traded in our 10 year old Highlander for a 2014 and it was a very pleasant experience! Richard Norman guided us all the way. I went to Tansky Sawmill Toyota @ Dublin along with my friend to buy a new car for him. The Sales Person we met named Stephen King was very friendly right from the day one till my friend get his car this evening. Stephen helped us in understanding the car and its feature, explained very patiently and interactively, looked for the variety of choices, explained them to us and searched all over USA and got the one which is of my friend's interest. He always greet and welcome us with a smiling face even when we run late to the office to look for the car. I will surely recommend Stephen and Toyota.
