We just recently bought a 2015 Ford Explorer through Coughlin Automotive's Johnstown Ford Dealership. The employees were all friendly and our salesperson, Tim Weilbacher, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained everything about the technology in a clear and concise way - made it easy for these "senior citizens" to understand today's technology!! Jay Sheppler made the paperwork phase quick and uncumbersome - everything was ready to go when we arrived!!!! Congrats to General Manager, Jay Casto, for running a top notch operation. We are so glad we chose this dealership and will definitely use them again when in the market for another car.

Jason was a well , he went out of his way to submit a $1000 certificate I had with Ford and arranged to have a check mailed to me. This the second truck I have purchased from Coughlin Johnstown and I would buy another from them

Great place Great people
I recently bought a vehicle from Coughlin Ford of Johnstown. My salesman Dave Smith went above and beyond for me. He found a truck with more of the options I was looking for than a truck I had found going to various other dealer's websites. The truck he found me was actually CHEAPER than the one I found! During the whole process Dave kept me well informed of where the truck was and what was being done to it. He never failed to return a call or text to answer my questions. All in all this was the best experience I've had buying a new vehicle. I've also got to thank Jay Shepler for pointing out new tax laws that could have cost me a lot of money down the road. Thanks guys! I will definitely get in touch with Coughlin Ford of Johnstown for my next vehicle.

Shawn Hubbard & Staff at Coughlin Ford Johnstown, Oh.
I was looking on line at a 2015 Ford Truck at Coughlin Ford in Johnstown, Oh. I sent a message to Shawn Hubbard, who responded very quickly. We came to a early on deal, with my trade, sight unseen. I also ask Shawn if their was a Company around their dealership that could put a painted fiberglass cover on the truck before I picked it up, since I live in Cincinnati, Oh and it would help me out saving me two trips. Shawn, set it up, and ordered the cover. In the mean time, I was scheduled for back surgery, and cannot make the trip to trade vehicles. Shawn said; no problem, we will deliver it. I told him the back of my truck was loaded, and I could not unload it; again he said no problem, we will do it when we deliver the 2015 Ford truck to you. Now understand something - I have never been to this dealership, or met any of their staff! This took a huge burden off my chest. These people are AWESOME!!! You can bet the next time I am ready for a vehicle, I will be going back to Coughlin Ford. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Wonderful experience - Great people! Shawn also added - I pray that your surgery goes well.
