I really enjoyed you helping me get the explorer I wanted.

I wanted a Ford Explorer and Matt sent me E mails of some and a found 1 I really loved and wanted and he worked hard to get me the 1 I wanted I recommend Matt Smith highly.

Coughlin Ford in Johnstown is the BEST!

I was thrilled with the service I got from both Shawn Hubbard and Jay Casto. They worked hard to find me the truck I wanted for the price that I needed. I appreciate the fact that they weren't high pressure salesmen AT ALL. They treated me like a friend and a neighbor who just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Thank you to both of them! :)

Must be allergic to money

Can't get help when I arrive. No return phone calls. If you are not going to attempt to sell to a new customer then put some prices on your vehicles. I stood in the sales lot for 10+ minutes looking up their inventory on my phone. Walked in, no one in site. Called, no answer.

Excellent store, I'm a repeat customer

Excellent, 5-stars, A+. Salesman (Jeff Cavendish) was patient and worked through the deal carefully. Features of the new truck were explained; sales follow-up was excellent; service work performed the following week (Jeff Sweeney) was outstanding. I've sent multiple folks to Coughlin-Johnstown. A friend bought a new F-150 the week before I bought mine. Coughlin-Johnstown is how a car store should operate.

Great Prompt Service Ford Fusion

Took my 175,000 Ford Fusion in for it's first repair (right wheel bearing). Really appreciate the top notch customer service. Great communication regarding repair/cost/schedule to complete. Car was serviced and back on the road promptly as promised. Great service people. Thank you Johnstown Coughlin, keep up the fantastic work!
