Hugh White Honda is one of the oldest Honda dealers in the United States selling new Honda cars since 1971! Originally we were located on Broad street at Cleveland Avenue. Hugh White Honda was dualed with Hugh White Chevrolet. In December of 2003 Hugh White Honda constructed and moved into a new "state of the art" facility. This new environmentally friendly and modern building is triple our original size. Customers say the new location is much easier to get to we are a quick drive from most anywhere in Columbus. Conveniently located at I-270 and Georgesville Road. If the Deal's Right It must be Hugh White!

From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off

From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off the lot, the entire buying experience turned out to be excellent! There were bumps in the road, but those were because of another dealership involved in getting me the car I wanted and because I wanted a very specific color interior/exterior color combo. BUT, my sales specialist Veronica, supported by sales managers Tyler and Mark navigated the challenges very well, answered all of my questions, and stayed in very close communication. In the end, I am more than happy and consider this the best car buying expereince I have had in more than 40 years of buying cars. They treated me like a friend, rather than simply a customer and never showed their concern for making a buck, rather their focus on making me happy! Bravo Hugh White Honda Team!

From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off the lot, the entire buying experience turned out to be excellent! There were bumps in the road, but those were because of another dealership involved in getting me the car I wanted and because I wanted a very specific color interior/exterior color combo. First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant,

First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

I had my car service at Hughe white Honda at georgesville auto mall and Steve is my Communication which was excellent his hospitality was great. He worked with me on a price deal and they’re honest there and they don’t work off Commission in the service department. Which I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to get your car serviced! Steve Communicated very, very well I’m very very happy thank you!!

Excellent Service and willing to work with customers to get the best deal. We came to look at a specific car, but didn't like it. Vince asked a couple of questions and pointed us to a winner! We loved the car and it was a great value. We would highly, highly, highly recommend Vince and Hugh White Honda Pre-Owned.

Disrespected.

Disrespected. I go there for my scheduled service appointment this evening and no one is even there. I didn't even get a phone call from a service advisor letting me know they're shutting down early. I'll definitely find a way to call corporate and complain. This lack of communication and disrespect makes me sick. I look forward to switching to the Toyota service center next door.

Excellent service!

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

I give this dealership high marks for the overall buying experience. My sales associate, Jim Jeffers, is knowledgeable, honest, transparent and kind. No games at all. I love doing business at family-owned dealers like this one.

Do not buy from this place.

Do not buy from this place. They totally ripped us off with a vehicle, taking advantage of us. They will verbally tell you one thing, then in the contract place other information to their advantage. We bought our car with a four year loan and when I got the information from the bank, it was a 7 year loan! That meant that we are paying for an extra three years or an extra 300/month for another 36 months. Not only that, but the vehicle is nearly unusable as the brakes, transmission, exhaust system, air-conditioning and electric system were all broken within a month. Do not go here!

Do not buy from this place. They totally ripped us off with a vehicle, taking advantage of us. They will verbally tell you one thing, then in the contract place other information to their advantage. Terrible went in thinking they had the car on the website

Terrible went in thinking they had the car on the website no car. Secured my own financing it was a problem. Finance guy isn't making even more money from the customer. I refused to use their financing tried to charge extra grand because of it, and I refused. They refused to sell me a car because of it. Thats fine dealerships are a dime a dozen. Got my car w my financing no problem. Wont go back there! Honda Marysville is wonderful highly recommend!
