A True Gem in the Car Sales Industry! I am writing this review two years after my first purchase from Murphy, and I just had to come back and share my experience. I recently bought a new car from him, and the reason I drove back to Hugh White Honda was for one reason: Murphy. My first interaction with him was two years ago when I bought a used car. He was so exceptional that he left a permanent impression. In a world where you often hear car sales horror stories, Murphy is a breath of fresh air. He operates with incredible integrity, honesty, and transparency. You never feel like you're being sold to; instead, you feel like he's a trusted advisor helping you make the best decision for your needs and budget. What truly sets him apart is that he genuinely wants to give the customer a great deal and make them happy. He isn't focused on the biggest commission; he's focused on creating a lifelong customer. He succeeded with me! Because of my first experience, I knew exactly who to contact when I was ready for a new vehicle, and he delivered yet another flawless, stress-free experience. Murphy is a true gem. You simply don't find sales representatives like him anymore. He is really nice, friendly, and a consummate professional. Thank you again, Murphy, for everything. Dealership never responded to my inquiry submitted
Dealership never responded to my inquiry submitted through cars.com. I called them a week later and they hadn't had the car in question for a while. It's STILL listed on cars.com as being available. I was not impressed.

From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off
From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off the lot, the entire buying experience turned out to be excellent! There were bumps in the road, but those were because of another dealership involved in getting me the car I wanted and because I wanted a very specific color interior/exterior color combo. BUT, my sales specialist Veronica, supported by sales managers Tyler and Mark navigated the challenges very well, answered all of my questions, and stayed in very close communication. In the end, I am more than happy and consider this the best car buying expereince I have had in more than 40 years of buying cars. They treated me like a friend, rather than simply a customer and never showed their concern for making a buck, rather their focus on making me happy! Bravo Hugh White Honda Team!

From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off the lot, the entire buying experience turned out to be excellent! First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant,
First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

I had my car service at Hughe white Honda at georgesville auto mall and Steve is my Communication which was excellent his hospitality was great. He worked with me on a price deal and they’re honest there and they don’t work off Commission in the service department. Which I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to get your car serviced! Steve Communicated very, very well I’m very very happy thank you!!

Disrespected.
Disrespected. I go there for my scheduled service appointment this evening and no one is even there. I didn't even get a phone call from a service advisor letting me know they're shutting down early. I'll definitely find a way to call corporate and complain. This lack of communication and disrespect makes me sick. I look forward to switching to the Toyota service center next door.

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!
