Outstanding Customer Service

Kudos to Bill Messick and his team for the excellent service given to my daughter and I after her car broke down and was in need of an economical, safe vehicle. After calling many dealerships, getting the run around and pressure to buy, I was pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail, his genuine concern (when we were late for our appointment), for our safety and his overall professionalism. In addition he assisted in making sure the tire pressure in my car (which a warning light would go on and off about) was looked at. They found a nail in my tire and repaired it at no charge. Even though the dealership is pretty far away, such excellent customer service will make us long time customers.

Husband of owner of Honda Accord 2012.

Excellent service. Very efficient and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service staging area looked like it had never been used. I was greeted immediately and treated like I was an old friend. I would definitely recommend.
