Although our service experience today began with very unexpected charges/services, the common sense explanation offered by the service team was reassuring and defused the situation. Madison Rosenberger and the rest of the service team are very professional and manage probably the toughest job at Germain.

It is noted also, that as a Military Veteran that we would receive a 10% discount on the final cost for service. Overall experience waiting in the waiting area was good.

I was very pleased with the service to my vehicle and
I was very pleased with the service to my vehicle and with the people who worked with me - Brian and Sean. Both men were very professional and competent. My vehicle was completed according to the schedule that Brian explained to me when I brought my vehicle in. In addition to the body work done, my car was also washed and detailed. It looked like a new car when I left the dealership. I was also pleased that I received a ride to my home when I dropped off the car and a ride when my car was finished.

The rental car option allowed me to get more things done in my day and as Daisha Battle told me, my service rep Colin Floyd called when the car was ready for pick-up. A brief misunderstanding on billing was handled by Colin and I was on my way. All expectations met, which I greatly appreciate.
