I had a good experience at Germain. Sulayman Nyang was the salesperson I who helped me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend him to others. Also dealt with Mahogany Nolan in service department, she too was very pleasant.

I always have a good experience with Chris Curtis in the service department. I also get a free inspection that tells me what work I need to have done. There’s always a human being to talk to when I call, even I get transferred to a service. They can still make appointments if necessary. I’m good!

Collin Floyd was very professional and kind. One suggestion is when quoting the price for the product and installation if it could be mentioned that the price does not include the taxes . 232.00 was quoted then when cashing out it was 278.00 sticker shock . Just a suggestion.
