I have purchased my last 3 cars here because Kaleb Murray

I have purchased my last 3 cars here because Kaleb Murray is amazing. I love that he is not pushy, he is fair, follows thru on what he says with a smile on his face, pays attention to detail, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I have had many great experiences with all of their employees thru servicing my cars for the last few years as well. It’s easy to schedule car maintenance and it’s quality work. I highly recommend this dealership for everything.

Pray you don't have to get your car serviced.

Pray you don't have to get your car serviced. They left my car unlocked and items were stolen and my car damaged. Billy Blanton did nothing to help me. He's the so called service manager.

You did not have a team reviewing, only Billy Blanton and he acted like he was looking at the camera whenever I came around. There's no way you can tell me you wouldn't see anything or anyone going inside my car or going into my trunk walking away with a big black bag on their shoulder. I don't believe it and as far as I'm concern I'll keep letting people know what happened and to stay away from your dealership!

They sold my minivan to another customer after I had put

They sold my minivan to another customer after I had put a deposit down. It was being made at factory. Called when van was in and the price was $3000 more than originally said. Price gouging. After confirming all details with husband, I text and get no response. Salesman texts if we are moving forward with purchase. Tell him our questions, and no response. For three hours. Finally get a response. They sold the van to another customer. Completely unethical. No integrity. Completely shocked and disappointed.

I did not decline to pay the upcharge! I said I needed to confirm details with my husband the manager said “if we can’t come to agreement we will depart as friends”. THAT is how we left the conversation. I texted the next morning and NO ONE responded back! This was WELL before the van would have been sold to another customer! Also, it is not a “rare” vehicle. It’s just that Toyota has more demand than they are willing to supply.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buyer beware! Put a $1000 deposit on minivan. Jared calls that van is in. Finance guy calls to confirm everything. New spec sheet sent to me. It is $3000 more than original spec sheet. Tells me bc I am out of state they charge more! (I'm originally from Ohio, family all still live there, daughter goes to college there) AND they want to keep some rating they have and selling a car to someone out of state does not count towards their numbers. PRICE GOUGING! After speaking with sales manager, I tell him I need to confirm everything with my husband. Text the next day and get no reply. Salesman starting texting to see if we were moving ahead with purchase. Told him I had texted about it earlier and gotten no reply. Told him our questions. No reply. Started texting with times in the message. THREE hours later I get a reply. They SOLD our van to another customer! Completely unethical! No integrity and no commitment to their customers or what they say!
