Good Experience

Salesman was more than knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and took time to help me work through different models that had the items I was looking for. Staff is always friendly whether it be sales or service and I’ve purchased my last 3 cars here and will continue giving them my business. If you are looking for a Toyota specifically or you are not sure what exactly you are looking for I recommend Germain Toyota they will help you find the right car for you. Ask for Will.

Polite, Efficient and Professional

I was able to reschedule my service appointment through the web site for the same day. The service coordinators and technicians were friendly and timely with their tasks. The entire facility was clean, comfortable and professional.

The best preparation for tomorrow.

Customer service begins with the entranceway this begins the best preparation for tomorrow doings todays work superbly well .The service desk is just a desk but with qualified and exceptional employees they become a vital key for success and make the dealership a 5 star plus service center. Great experience!

Germain has always been exceptional all the way around. From sales, service, and finance - this is truly a great experience to buy a vehicle. I have bought 2 vehicles from them now and always use their service department for maintenance and repairs. Would highly recommend!

10000 mile service

My Service was completed quicker than I had anticipated. I requested my car be washed and they complied.. The waiting area waiting clean and comfortable.

I had an issue with my 2017 Toyota RAV driving to work on a Monday morning, phoned Germain and they got me in at 2:00 that afternoon. Researched and fixed the issue and had me on the road within a few hours.

Issues not resolved.

I came into the dealership for regular maintenance and also the ongoing issues of the hatch piston problem and the nonworking hatch sensor. This was my second time for the hatch lift issues. Parts needed to be ordered and I had to come back the next day. After a lengthy wait for my vehicle to be finished I was told all was fixed. Not true. The outside lift sensor did not work consistently at first and then not at all. The service advisor wanted me to leave the car but I did not want a rental. I purchased this RAV4 after being a loyal Lindsay Honda customer for many years. Lindsay offers free shuttle service which Germaine does not. I hope I did not make a mistake. Pending the repairs not resolved and the lack of a shuttle I cannot recommend this service center.

Distrust and Shady Service

Hello, My name is Amber Wilson and I have been going to Germain Toyota for over 10 years and have never experienced the shadiness I did last Saturday on March 31, 2018. I called to schedule a service and went over everything with the lady over the phone. She told me the price was $249/$239 (couldn't remember which one) and it was set. Saturday I walked in and waited on Denise, my lady. She was busy with another client so the gentleman to her left checked me in. He was finishing up the paperwork when he asked how much for a 60,000 service and the lady to his left said "$410". He was writing that down when I asked about that price because I was told a price much less over the phone. He did went to another price, $279. After leaving I walked over to where a there was a brochure with the prices listed and it said $239. I asked about the difference and he then dropped my price, taking off some because I was not getting all the service done. Later when I came back to pay it still had the old price on it. I had to, again, bring up the correct price. Thank goodness I kept the note from him saying how much he was going to charge me. This inconsistency is terrible and doesn't build anything other than mistrust. It felt very shady and so nonchalant. Please reach out with any questions or concerns! Amber
