This is our second purchase from Germain Toyota, both painless and pleasant transactions. Marlin Black was our sales representative, and although the dealership was busy he provided plenty of individual attention and paid attention to our needs. He worked with us to complete several test drives to compare models, walked us through the pros and cons of each and made that part of the process as enjoyable as possible. When it came time to negotiate, Marlin worked to get a better deal on our trade as walking us through the entire purchase process. I would recommend him to friends and family, and took the time to write this review so others would understand that our experience was worth writing about. Thank you Marlin.

Excellent Service!

Bought a used VW for my son's first car from Marlin Black. Marlin was knowledgeable and just an all around great guy to work with. I highly recommend Marlin and the staff at Germain.

From the moment I entered the showroom, I sensed a difference than from other dealerships. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. The most important thing was that the "listened" to what I was looking for and were able to provide that car at the price point I anticipated. Their discount was greater than other dealers and the value assigned to my trade-in was higher than those dealerships. The follow up after the sale reflected the same level of interest that was there during the initial discussions. I have purchased Toyotas previously from Toyota Direct, Tansky's Toyota & Toyota West, but I would recommend anyone to deal with Germain Toyota.

The sales people were friendly and very helpful,...

The sales people were friendly and very helpful, especially Susan Goodman, who sold the truck, took care of everything and had me out the door in less than two hours, that included the test drive, detail work and finding some floor mats! The salesman who had sold the truck new advised of the previous owner and that useful information helped in my decision. Tony Turner took care of the financing and his info was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend the dealership and would buy again from Germain.

Great experience and this was my first Tundra purchase,...

Great experience and this was my first Tundra purchase, Tracy was very informed about the vehicle. I originally considered a Ford F150 but while sitting in the dealership I overheard the GM state he is losing a ton of business because they can't compete with Dodge and Toyota. We decided to hold off on our purchase and look around. We went to Germain and bought that day.

I was very nervous about the process of purchasing a car...

I was very nervous about the process of purchasing a car as this was only the second time I've purchased on my own. My first experience with another dealer and dealership was not a positive experience and caused me financial stress, bit my mind was quickly put to ease.
