Honda CRV

Great experience. Rachel Williams was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on both the vehicle and the process. Things took a bit to long, for a variety of reasons, none of which was within Rachel’s control. Love our new car!

Do not buy a car here

Cars breaks grinding promised to "take care of"...did not call to schedule appointment ...not returning calls...AWFUL SERVICE...LIED to us...do not buy here!!

Accident Car not told to us!! Dont buy the car from them!

I recently purchased a HONDA CR-V 2016 LX on 07/06/2019. It was told to us that the car is good and accident free, We even got a auto check from LINDAYSAY HONDA COLUMBUS saying it is accident free, But when we checked the car fax the original document shows that the car has a accident & damage reported, We want you guys to refund the deposit we have made 3000 $ and stop the loan process ASAP. Accordingly to your policy the car can be returned in 20 days we have 3 more days left to return the car. If the advance amount is not refunded we would deal with this legally.

Not So Service After the Sale

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger back in October. 7 months later I put in $1500 in repairs. I took the car to them and the service dept told me to take it to Dodge. Then after calling them 4x over it, could never get a return call. Dodge dealership said, after pulling out the electrical box and getting SAND out of it, said the car spent some time under water. Yet...they INSPECT the cars?? I havent had it a year and its back in the shop again.

Not a good vibe.

Our sales woman was great. The manager was not. Was able to get a deal at at Voss Honda and manager said to take it and run as they could not match it.

get your xxxx together and make this change

It’s unacceptable that you guys don’t deliver cars to customers customers should be able to do all the paperwork all from the comfort of there home which means They should not have a delivery specialist bringing them paperwork to sign or None of that You guys need to get the system In place so you guys Can do ach debit Where you can pull Directly from the checking account like come On this needs to be in place and you guys know xxxx well it does Carvanna does this Ach debit And so should you guys It’s 100 legal So you guys can’t pull that xxxxxxxx and tell me it’s not Sent from my iPhone

i've bought 2 used cars from Lindsey Honda

First car was repainted noticed when shopping got denial of car being in wreck never convinced. Car was a good deal. Second car also a good deal however the extended warranty was offered for a few hundred dollars when papers came to sign everything they added over 1k and never mentioned it, also they put the mileage of the car when they got it it had over 2k more miles at purchase that went against my warranty purchased. Decent cars and prices sneaky shady workers behind scenes. Look over everything well and be willing and prepared to walk away. Oh second car had an issue they said they would fix Maintenance couldn't fix said had to be done by Chrysler got car back with flat tire and screw in it, seen another had similar thing happen so feeling shadiness creeping in again.

new car purchase

Was not impressed with the other 2 dealerships I visited. The customer service and listening skills were lacked when talking about purchasing a vehicle. When I walked into Lindsey, Michael Houston was right there engaging me into a conversation about my visit. From that point on he explained options and answered all my questions. Through out the whole purchase, he was very patient and would reexplain to me the options about the purchase. I found him to be very personable and through as a salesperson While waiting on the car to be detailed, he showed us the facility. I was amazed on how clean, open and bright and the historic aspect of honda was displayed. My overall experience was great ! I have a new car and very happy!!!

Exceeds Expectations

If you are considering the purchase of a new vehicle don't miss out on the Lindsey Honda experience... and specifically salesman, Curtiss Paige. My husband and I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years. I didn't think I was ever going to get him to purchase anything but a Buick. Our experience with Curtiss Paige and Lindsey Honda changed his mind as Curtiss exceeded our expectations. And that is saying a lot!!! We checked other dealers/salesman before going to Lindsey, and that's not a bad idea for you, but don't buy from the other dealer until you check with Curtiss Paige at Lindsey Honda. The other dealerships/salesman were fine, but they didn't exceed our expectations... and isn't that what you want when buying a vehicle... someone who "exceeds expectations". Lindsey Honda will price match if you find the vehicle you want at a better price. Curtiss Paige is very professional and friendly. But most important, he is very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles he is selling. He asked questions so he clearly understood the features we wanted. Once we decided we wanted the Pilot model, Curtiss made sure we understood the differences between the trim packages... We felt absolutely zero pressure to do anything... I know there is time involved in vehicle shopping, but don't sell yourself short, check with Curtiss Paige at Lindsey Honda, before you buy.
