It was Saturday, 92 degrees and I stopped at Bryan Ford Dealership, to see what they had available on their used car lot! Took a test drive on a couple to see whether I liked a newer used with all the bells and whistles or something with less. Braden, the associate, found one that really took my eye, he listened to what I wanted, and he found that car! I had a slow leak in my left rear tire. Was going to take it to Walmart for a quick repair, but the Service Department was closed at 5:30PM, so I called Bryan Ford and set up appointment for the next day. They were busy but got to my car by mid-day and found a screw in the tread, patched the tire and balanced the wheel. Car is running safe again and I am totally pleased, as always with Bryan Ford's Service Department. The owner even called me to tell me that it was done! Not often do you get that kind of service. I used to work at a Ford Dealer in the 1990's and no one ever heard from the owners, not much a service customer.
