Always top notch.

We have only had to take our Escape in for normal maintenance but they always get us in quickly, do a great job and are always friendly.

Bryan Ford Lincoln

I arrived an hour early to have my Ford Escape serviced because I had entered an incorrect appointment time on my calendar. Still, my vehicle was worked in quickly and the work done promptly. I also needed a rear wiper replaced, and appreciated that the part was in stock. While I waited I had coffee and worked at one of the desks in the waiting area - an area that is part of a new, well-planned waiting area. I was alerted to future needs for continuing maintenance that I am completely sure will be needed, and there was no pressure to take immediate action; although I did choose to have 2 replacement tires ordered. I always appreciate the friendly, accommodating service at Bryan Ford Lincoln.

I put a lot of miles on vehicles and have to trade in every two years or so. This year was my first experience with Bryan Ford Lincoln and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Beautiful facility, staff was not only professional but warm and fun to work with. I had very specific needs all which we're met. My expectations we're exceeded not only in pricing but also in service and I don't foresee me shopping anywhere else for my next vehicle.
