Exceeded Expectations

If you are looking for a great car buying experience stop by Rouen Toyota and ask for Byron Edwards. Byron will make you instantly feel like a friend and be attentive to your needs. I had never met Byron before, but after getting two cars from him in one week I feel as if I have known him for years. I highly recommend him!

I love my Prius! Thank you Rouen Toyota!

I found my used Toyota Certified Prius on-line and went into Rouen Toyota to make the purchase. Byron Edwards was an excellent sales person and helped get me through the entire process in one evening so I could drive my "new" car home! I love my Prius and will recommend Rouen Toyota to my friends.

JUST AS ADVERTISED 2013 TOYOTA AVALON HYBRID

THANK YOU CHRIS DUPREE, I HAVE HAD THIS NEW HYBRID FOR 16 DAYS FOR A TOTAL OF 1409 MILES. THE BEST MILAGE WAS 41.6 TO DATE AND I NEVER GET UNDER 40. THIS IS THE FOURTH AVALON WE HAVE OWNED AND BYFARE THE BEST.

Great experience at Rouen

First I want to tell you that this is my first Toyota and I couldn't be happier. I mean... what's not to like? I was looking for a "gently used" 2012 Prius and I found the one I liked at Rouen Toyota Scion. Took me close to forever to decide if I want to buy it so, the one I wanted sold... but John Mowrey helped me find one just as awesome. He's a very sweet young man, very helpful, he made the whole process easy and as smooth as possible. He also got me a fantastic deal which I simply could not resist. :) We also had a chance to work with Phil Maxfield, the business manager... At the time we got there, Phil was swamped, I really appreciated the fact that he took a minute to introduce himself and let us know how long it would take before starting the whole paper signing process. Although it was 10 pm and he'd probably been there all day, I never felt like he was hurrying us out the door. Phil took time to explain everything and helped us get whatever fits our/my needs. Anyhow, we really did have a great experience. Oh... and I named my sweet Prius - Enterprise. ;)

2012 Toyota Camry

In Early February, I was looking to lower my fuel bill..I drive from Toledo to Defiance every day. I found myself at the gas pump every 3 days filling up my 2012 Jeep Compass. I contacted John Mowery on what kind of options I had if I looked into the Toyota line of cars. He metioned the 2012 Camry gets 30+ miles per gallon, which would save money at the pump. Also, I realized that I would be paying $8,000 in mileage overages on my curreny lease when I turned it in three years.. So purchasing a Camry made perfect financial sense..

Bought 2 Cars from Rouen. Greate sales and service

Feburary 2012 i have purchased to car 1st Seinna Le 2011 Pre owend. 2and Venza 2011 New, Both cars greate . had very good exprinced with sale. he Got me great deal. on both car. i would realy recommand to friends and family. also service is very excilent. for olichange don't have to wait very long also they wash your car for free.

Purchasing a New Truck

Rouen Toyota Dealership provide us with excellent customer service while purchasing a new Tacoma Truck. The Sales staff were great and the finance person explained all the details. We were very happy with our purchase.

2012 scion purchase

I already had my mind made up to buy a used Toyota Yaris or Honda Fit from another dealer but I had already told a Rouen sales rep that I would check out what used cars they had to offer. So I kept my Rouen appointment. I was still set on buying the Yaris or Fit but Rouen didn't have any available in my "cheap" price range so my sales rep (Ryan Francis) pointed me in the direction of a new (2012) Scion IQ. At first I was sceptical of price and features. But it was a neat little car with great gas mileage so we took it for a drive. My spouse and I enjoyed the handling an setup of the automobile. The back seat and trunk is extremely small but we only need the car for my wifes long drive back and forth to her new job. Other than the small size it had all of the features we needed for the rather lengthy daily commute. We were sold! I am a haggler, so we went back and forth on price and adding features until we reached an agreement after about 3 hours (not recommended). Signed the paperwork and then I noticed that the hub caps were not the ones I wanted but Ryan hooked me up with another set, a cooler looking set free of charge. I admit I paid more money than I set out to pay. My wife and I had a good shopping experience and are happy with the outcome. I am a military war vet and our sales rep Ryan Francis is a combat vet. I stronglly respect our service members that have spent time in "The Suck". Ryan was very personable and had a thorough knowledge of the vehicles features. He did a great job of steering us in the right direction.

Pleasant, painless experience!

I was in the market for a newer car and was not sure whether to buy a used car or lease a new car. After shopping around with a few dealers, I drove to Rouen to look at a used 2010 Camry. The car was very nice and would have been a great fit for me, but after to talking to Byron Edwards, I test-drove a 2012 Camry and loved the car. Rouen was having a lease special at the time, and after talking to Byron a few times and working out the logistics of my trade-in, the pieces came together and I was able to get a great car at a very good lease rate. Byron was pleasant to work with, very personable and easy to talk to - at no time did I feel pressured to make a quick decision. Erin Fry (internet sales manager) also kept in touch with me via email throughout the process and showed a great deal of interest in working to make sure I had a pleasant shopping experience.
