As 6 years before I again had the pleasure to work with

As 6 years before I again had the pleasure to work with Cameron and buying my new Toyota RAV4 2024 and trade in my 2016 Toyota Avalon. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the car during and after a testdrive and offered to help in the future if I need help. He is surely a very good person on your team.

It was a great, hassle-free experience; it was actually

It was a great, hassle-free experience; it was actually my first time buying a car through a dealership and it went much smoother than I expected. Kyle and Jason were excellent to work with. I would certainly recommend Yark to anyone interested in buying a car.

Great service!

Service was excellent (oil change and multi point inspection). Service rep was professional and polite. Their lobby was plenty big and comfortable for my wait.

Incompetent service department

Took my vehicle in for a recall and they were unable to complete it in 2.5 hours. When I got my vehicle back, they had tossed my belongings and car seat base on the floor in a pile, saying it was not their policy to install car seats due to liability, and that they had to get to the battery. I don’t think returning a vehicle to someone looking like it was ransacked is good customer service.

Unfortunately, you had car seats in the back seat where we needed access to the battery which is located under the back seat, and we cannot put car seats back in place. 6 month service

I felt the wait time on service was a little long. Waiting area and restrooms were clean. I was not pleased that I found several greasy fingerprints on my car.

Good people at Jim Yark to work with and very clea

I didn’t see the service persons efficient good wo

Michelle is great. She is friendly happy and helpful. My service always starts great with Michelle. She deserves a raise. She makes you feel like the most important person there.
