The staff was excellent! Special shout out to Ronnie. I could have went to Amherst ,22 miles away, but I chose to drive over double the miles due to how nice and accommodating Ronnie was just over the phone.

I had 4 cars in mind to look at at different dealerships
I had 4 cars in mind to look at at different dealerships only got through 2 at one dealership. Before my mind was made up. Plus they had all cars I was interested in. Matt Overs is guy to see. He showed me everything the in the cars. Answered all my questions. Very happy with my purchase. Got a great deal. Definitely recommend looking here first.

Car was in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall fix.
Car was in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall fix. Only when I was reading through the document handed to me when I picked up my car did I find out the recall work was not completed because the piece needed was not in stock. I was not told when I scheduled the appointment that the whole service could not be completed, nor was this mentioned when I received a call that my car was ready for pickup, or when I picked up my car. I dropped it off after hours, so it was not possible to be told at that time. Now I have to schedule yet another appointment for this service to be completed at another time which will take 2 more hours of time to come, drop off the car, and then return to pick it up. I understand items are out of stock but to not be told on numerous occasions during points of contact with the service department this was the case is absolutely unacceptable.
