5 stars to mechanics but sadly 1 to service guy that
5 stars to mechanics but sadly 1 to service guy that talked me into a alignment. after having him send me specs I showed it to another mechanic and was told it was not needed at all. Sadly that $165 scam cost them my business for ever along with my wifes and kids cars.

This was the third time I brought my truck in for a check
This was the third time I brought my truck in for a check engine light related to the exhaust and they finally did something about it - replaced a leaking DEF injector. The first two times they couldn't find anything wrong or didn't spend the time to try. At least it was covered under the powertrain warranty. Communication about what they checked and progress could be improved. The text feature is nice but they don't always reply.
