Mission Accomplished!!

After doing some online research for a Tiguan, we arrived early on a cold morning and Devin P came out to great us. He was attentive to what we were looking for and did not try to "upsell" us. He was very cooperative and helpful in finding the right Tiguan and in negotiating a fair price with that "testy" sales manager :). Candie, the closing lady, found us a favorable loan with the bank where we already have accounts. Within 3 hours (and a trip to Costco) we were on our way home with our new Tiguan.

Highly Recommend!

Ill try to keep this as brief as possible. Not a good experience. -Found a vehicle we liked online. -Selected the link to say we were interested -They sent us an offer that was guaranteed for 7 day. -It was a 1.5 hour drive for us to get there. We tried to go test drive the car/purchase it the next day. -However now the car was unavailable due to waiting on a part. -A couple days later: Now it was unavailable because it needed some scuffs fixed on the bumper. -The price on the website for the vehicle was raised about $2000 -A day later, now it was unavailable because they decided to replace the bumper instead of fix it. -I called to say that we needed to come do the paperwork because our price guarantee was about to expire. He said not to worry, they would honor the price, just send him the email that had the offer. He was then off the next 1-2 days and didn't get back to me until after the guarantee expired, just to tell me they wouldn't accept the offer now. -I still liked/wanted the vehicle (for some reason). I told them I had a trade-in, and he asked me to send him pictures. I clicked on the link on THEIR website to value my trade-in and it came back with a range of $6500-$8500. He came back with an offer of $4000-$5000. -I obviously said no thanks -Very shady business practices, stringing us along long enough for the guarantee to expire, and then offering barely more than half of what our trade-in was worth.

Great sales experience!

The sales department is the best. I've dealt with and sent many friends and relatives to Brian Kerekes. They are all now his customers. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly and, above all, PATIENT. He knows buying a car is not like picking up burgers at a fast food joint. He understands this is a big ticket item and treats you like he would want to be treated. Go to this dealer if you're in the market, but make sure you deal with Brian!

Always a great experience

No one ever called me back

I had a side mirror replaced with them and then the blind spot monitor stopped working. They took it back in and said it was an electrical issue that they would need a few days to track down. They didn't have any loaner cars available so I left and waited a week and then called. And called, and called. I was never able to get anyone to call me back, and half the time they didn't even answer the phone. My blind spot monitor still doesn't work because no one ever took the responsibility to even call me back to finish the job. The customer service was horrible. I tried calling every few days for 6 months before giving up. Would never take my car here again.
