BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake

I am a repeat customer who is disappointed with CL Mazda. Problem getting feedback on CX-5 lease package and pricing from 1st sales person. Original quote was for 2019 and we wanted 2020. He was going on vacation so he referred me to another sales person who was not well organized and had problems with current incentive programs and availability. Had to go back 3 times to finally pickup SUV. Very disappointed and will not refer other friends to this dealer. Happy with our second CX-5 but dealer needs improvement.
