Appointments are always easy to schedule. Always timely. And always take great care of me. I usually have my oil change done while I wait and they are so accomodating.

I have been with Abraham dealership for a lot of years and have bought multiple cars and they always get serviced with them. They are wonderful they're helpful with me they always take really good care of my cars I never have any worries about anything on my car. They check for recalls they tell me when it's time to have certain things done to it. Doesn't get any better than that I love everyone there.

Sales consultant did not do his due diligence, so I am now forced to pay for his $1000 rebate mistake. Not only this, the dealership refused to give me my plates and mats until I paid for a mistake I didn’t make. I tried to fix the issue but now it was up to “GMC” and was told “reality of the situation is it has a slim chance of approval”. So my temp plates expired, no mats, no help. This dealership demonstrated they do not care for their customers.

I took my 2012 GMC Acadia in for check engine light. Was told it was timing chain and some other things. Had car 9 days cost $6200. The day after I picked it up having the same problem. Took it back they did not repair it right the first time so they are fixing it again for free. This time they have had my car for 10 days. So I'm total have had my car for most of a month, WHY?.. NOT HAPPY WILL NEVER go there again
