After being frustrated by the apathy I experienced from several car dealership sales personnel I was thankful to find salesman Jeff Konowal who went the... extra mile to help me get the best deal on a quality vehicle; including financing and warranty package tailored for my unique situation. I live in Michigan and appreciated the prompt communication, and coordination to make my drive to the dealership smooth and trouble free. I also appreciated that the car was as impeccable as Jeff conveyed and my paperwork was ready to go. The dealership staff were courteous, professional as well. Jeff made sure all my questions were answered and even made sure the gas tank was full! I commend Mike Bass Ford for their great customer service and I recommend Jeff for anyone who like me is looking for a professional to guide them through the car buying process.
Construction was going on for a customer waiting area was a little sparse. Great dealership though.

Test drove five used vehicles. 4/5 vehicles had something wrong with them. From alignment to the rear end shaking on the highway at speeds of 60 mph. Salesman... and manager were pressuring. Salesman consistently messed up numbers and percentages.

After having dual clutch replaced for 3rd time- driving and parts falling off car the day after I picked it up from dealership! Found large bolt and clamp... in driveway! Steering wheel not in correct position after hearing sounds like things are falling off car . Turning into driveway and sounds like something dropped to ground.

Mike Bass Ford was recommended to me by several family members and friends. After my great experience with Mike Bass Ford, I was able to understand why... so many people I know recommended taking my car to this service center. Before taking my car into Mike Bass Ford, I had taken my car in many times for service to a different dealership and had to call the dealership after several days to receive any updates. I dropped my car off to Mike Bass Ford on a Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next morning from Jon to discuss the findings. Jon was very friendly and professional from our very first conversation. He discussed and explained the plan to me and made it a point to make sure I had a complete understanding. Jon took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the plan. After talking with Jon I immediately felt confident that I had made the right choice by choosing Mike Bass Ford. Jon made it a point to make sure he provided me with any updates on the service. As a I mentioned before, I have had unsatisfactory experiences with a different dealership, even to the point where I was uncertain if I would ever buy a ford vehicle in the future. But Jon made for a GREAT experience. He was professional, friendly and very caring. He went above and beyond to make sure that that I was satisfied with the service I had received.
