I’ve been looking for a new 2024 F150 raptor.

I’ve been looking for a new 2024 F150 raptor. my several online questions were all answered by bots and each with a different women’s name. Nothing to do regarding a raptor let alone a pick up truck. Finally got an email from a salesman (I think) that just showed the sticker price which I obviously already knew. That’s it. Nothing else. Now I’m getting bombarded from this dealer with emails and even texts. Again, all bots and not the vehicle I’ve been looking for and asked about. They have the exact truck I’m looking for but no way would I buy from this dealer.

Asked for a A/Z price on a vehicle.

Asked for a A/Z price on a vehicle. Would not return emails. Focused on getting the information that they wanted and not want the customer asked. Piece of advice answer customer questions! You lost a sale.

So I made an appointment a week ago for an oil change,

So I made an appointment a week ago for an oil change, 9:00a this morning was the scheduled appt. I arrived at 8:55 am, it took 2 hours for that oil change, I got outta there at 11:00am. With not even an apology for the wait, just a " have a better rest of your day" UNACCEPTABLE!

Their carsalesman Austin Urban has been harassing me for

Their carsalesman Austin Urban has been harassing me for months. I called the dealership because he’s harassing me during his work hours and the manager hung up on me and told me to call the police instead. I’ve blocked his phone number but he calls me on text now apps and social media.

Called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire

Called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, provided the year, make and model of my vehicle. I was quoted at $79.99. After the work was completed, the charge had increased to $105. Disappointed but not surprised. I bought the truck at the dealership within the last year and didn’t even receive a complimentary wash after the service. I called the next day to follow up on the inaccurate original quote and after speaking with a representative, they said they would send me something in an email - nothing after a week.

I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike

I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike Bass Ford. I stopped by on a Sunday for some information, get everything I needed to know from Brian and received absolutely no pressure or xx. I was impressed. I shopped around a couple of other dealers simply to cover my bases, and those experiences were more than enough to convince me that Brian at Bass was the guy to buy from. I returned a couple days later and was in and out in an hour and a half. The entire team was helpful, friendly and congratulated me on my new truck. Everyone was professional yet kind and didn't waste a minute of my time. It was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had.
