Problem Solved Little demon Fixed.

It may have taken a little while, but so far so good. That is the problem when your looking for electrical demons.The mechanic did a good job of finding the demon,so my f-150 is running good again.THANKS, Have a good holiday season.

Beat HONEST salesman

Purchased a 09 ford explorer for my wife i deal with Dave G. In used car department. He is one of the rarest salesmen left he is HONEST he doesn't look at you as a a push over or a commission margin. He wants to work with your needs in a vehicle and goes above and beyond to help you with your financial situation he is out to make each person comfortable and 100% happy in their purchase. Most importantly he looks at safety and getting the best vehicle with what you want and comfortable in spending. I referred my mother to him and she is scared of salesmen and said he is the kindest,honest,and most caring salesmen I have meet and my sister is looking at a vehicle with him too. So NEED A NEW/ USED VEHICLE TALK TO DAVE G. (used car) won't be disappointed I now live in n.c and will get another vehicle from him again it's worth it

Truck repaird

I had my escape looked at for no heat and engine light was on ! Got a loaner from Mike bass for 1 day! Got my truck back! Everything is fine now!

bad experience never again

well I actually went through some of what some of the other people have went through. I went in for a 2010 ford escape and found out the same day that the battery was dead so they salesman (bryan)gave me a loaner that was the only nice part. When i came back to return the loaner car i went to start the car and the heater didn't work so i told them and i had to get the loaner car again so it can be fixed. then i explained i did not want the 2010 ford escape and he stated that he will see what we can do about getting into a regular car but so far no call back so i started calling to find out whats going on but no response they were ignoring my phone calls. i also have another vehicle but from JD Byrider and I know they are expensive but they have good quality cars and they don't ignore a customers call or pass the buck. So far it has been a few days and still no answer so there won't be a next time after this truck is paid off from them because i am in a contract so this will be the very very very last time and only time because i will never go back to this place and i would never recommend anyone to go to this place.
