Easy going atmosphere that made me feel at ease. They also help with a little issue that possibly could have slowed the sale down, but instead worked with me and made it happen effortlessly.

Poor customer service advisor

Totally Unhappy with Service/Advisor, Angie at Mentor Toyota. Requested Freon charge because A/C was not cooling. Ended up - Advisor put in for AC refresher, which is a totally different service. Toyota advisors need to listen to their customers when checking them in, and more training is apparently needed here. I repeatedly asked for Freon to be put in my A/C system. Instead a refresh (cleaning) service was performed. Went on vacation to Florida (drove-reason for Freon request) to my surprise and disappointment, a/c barley got cool. We were very uncomfortable - did not enjoying our drive time on vacation at all. Now they want $200+ to do the service I originally requested, not offering a discount of any kind. By taking my vehicle to a Toyota dealership, I would expect all employees in the service department would know what Freon is.

I had the best experience I think anyone could ever expect when buying a new car. Everyone was nice and thorough. Lissandra was Amazing! She knows how to do her job to the utmost perfection! She made us feel welcome and like family! She went above and beyond and had other staff and even the mechanics working on our car!! It was truly amazing how well they all work together! Team work for sure! The owner even came out to see us as we got into our new car to drive away! I can’t thank them enough or praise them enough! Please, don’t go elsewhere! Go to Mentor Toyota!!
