We got the car we wanted, great Toyota financing with no pre pay penalty on the loan, a great trade in value. We've worked with salesman Rich Lothman for years and he makes it a pleasant experience. He is attentive, calm, and not annoyingly pushy or full of bull. He works with us straight forward and is a genuinely nice guy.

I stopped in to get a brochure and I met Michelle Katic. I told her what I was looking for and she informed me there was a 2017 in the showroom with the features and color that I wanted. She was very knowlegable and explained everything to me in great detail. The buying process was flawless. I was very satisfied with everything about the purchase. Dealt with Lissandra Mikolajski. She was very informed with the vehicle,after purchasing it she went over all details to make sure you understood everything. She also offered for you to stop back anytime with questions. David Alicea the manager kept checking in to make sure everything was going well. the whole staff made the buying experience enjoyable would recommend buying there.
