Review

The office staff were clueless in how to perform their job. It took over 5 hours to sign paperwork and leave with a vehicle. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. The only reason I finished the process is they were the only ones that had the vehicle I wanted.

Used Buick Enclave

Bought a used car online and had it delivered. Very satisfied with the whole process. Not happy about getting a car that had an issue with the front USB for car connection (claimed it worked prior to leaving the dealership) and only having one key. Extra things I have to pay for out of pocket.

Never had it so easy to buy a car! My salesman Levi went over and beyond to explain everything with the ford escape I purchased! My family has purchased many cars from you and we just love DAN ORTIZ "DANO" he is very honest and him and his brother Rick really help us on all of our purchases. The whole staff is friendly and helpful and helps us understand the warranties ETC and are always able to help when we need it. My husband and I just purchased a 2019 INFINITI QX60 and we LOVE IT! Thanks DANO we will be back when its time to trade in the escape or to find Lexie a car. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Should be Named the Best Car Dealership of 2023

I want to thank Chase and the entire staff at Liberty Ford Vermillion for their help in selecting a SUV that I can afford and trust in. They were not like any other Dealerships that I have gone to. Purchasing a new Ford bronco

My salesman, Chase, was wonderful to work with. I was planning on buying used but he got me deals that allowed me to afford brand new. Very friendly and professional. Made it a great experience and I loved talking with him.
