Great up front, sales experience. Hope service is comparable

Brad Lunar and Jim Gentile made my sale experience easier, better, in fact, than I'd initially thought might be the case. Reason: the stereotype "dealership-hard-sell" had me skeptical that buying a new vehicle from any dealership (including Subaru) would not be an easy experience for me. Turned out, the sale went smooth; and I was very happy with the deal we worked out. - Hopeful that all future service work with Ganley East will be as good.

Best Experince I ever had

I was car shopping and my neighbor told me about gangley Subaru wickliffe ohio so I went there and I didn't think I would get approved for a 2016 Subaru I love my car so much she's my baby I never said that about any of my cars thanks so much for getting me into this car I appreciate it so much I definitely will tell people to go to ken for a car highly recommend

Salesperson was very helpful when we were buying the car.

Salesperson was helpful when we were buying the car, but difficult to talk to on the phone after the purchase. We are trying to figure out the technology, and it is very difficult to speak with anyone, as they are always busy with a customer. I believe your dealership needs a help desk.

Great adventure of my "Orange Crosstrack" with Brad Lunar

My experience was outstanding with Brad Lunar and everyone involved in purchasing my 'Orange " Crosstrack at Ganley Subaru East!!! I waited for 4 years for the orange Crosstrack to come back! I contacted Brad Lunar from the wonderful reviews I read! A wonderful sales person with attention to every detail in my purchase. I acquired about this 2018 car before anyone saw it in person. He was genuinely as excited as I was about this car! It was a journey guiding me every way in picking the car I bought literally sight unseen. I trusted him that much! He updated me the whole time until the car arrived! A phenomenal experience! I love my crazy orange car. It is a feel good car with personality I enjoy driving. Thanks, Brad!!! WE will be back!

Terrible Experience

No follow-up from the service advisor at all while my car was in the shop for 6 hours. The service advisor did not tell the mechanic/technician to do what I asked. I WAS waiting for additionso follow-up as more woek needs to be done, but they won't see another penny. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know of their lack of professionalism. Night and day from the service I received there previously.
