Very attentive and personable staff. Thanks Brad for listening to us to ensure we picked the right package for our car. We also appreciated you stopping by our house to help orient us to the safety features within the car.

Low key sales approach

I was looking at a number of other car brands, and they all had the same approach in bringing in a manager to try to close the deal. I'm 72 and that has never worked on me, ever. Ganley did not do that. I worked with Brad, was comfortable, and feel that I was treated fairly. Nice car by the way.

Great dealership to work with

I had a great experience at Ganley Subaru East. My salesman was Brad Lunar and he was very helpful and friendly. He went over all of the options of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with my new Legacy before I left. I can't recommend Ganley Subaru and Brad enough. Thank you!

Amazing customer service

I worked with Brad Lunar at Ganley Subaru East. He was absolutely amazing in how hard he worked to find my car. I really felt well taken care of by Brad and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Joining the Subaru Club

My husband had been looking for a new car. He decided on th Legacy after a ton of research. Brad Lunar helped him find the perfect car in May 2017. After touring the facility with him that day, I have to say I was impressed. We have been a Ford family for years but recently have been very disappointed in the quality of the Fords and especially in the repair work and recalls. After hearing how much my husband was loving his Legacy, I decided it was time to trade in my Ford Escape for a Subaru so naturally I went to see Brad. On July 20th I became the proud owner of a Subaru Outback. I'm loving my new car!

First Subaru

This was my first Subaru purchase and I was very pleased with the process. At first some things didn’t go as planned but Brad and his managers worked as hard as possible to get me the best deal on my new WRX. Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru! Thanks Brad and Ganley Subaru East!

Very helpful and easy to deal with

Brad was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable of the product and its features. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible on both my new car and my trade in. I would recommend buying from him.

Bought my first Subaru

My experience with Brad Lunar and the rest of the sales team was outstanding! He gave me the best price upfront and he was so trustworthy. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you!!

Past Service Excellence is now gone with the Management.

BEWARE! It is July 2017. This used to be my go to Subaru Service place, they had done major work on my 2009 Outback XL Turbo: They even removed and replaced my engine and rebuilt my suspension. The Parts department guys are great. (If they are still there). The service department has gone to crap. I might get an oil change at Ganley , but that's it. Its a night and day difference now! UPDATE: I learned today that the Parts Manager also had enough and recently quit! After a new Ganley Service team came in, (bringing in mechanics from the Ganley Chevy dealership), to my knowledge there were only 2 decent Subaru mechanics left -- if you don't get those 2 guys working on your car forget it. (If they are still there?) Example: They replaced the same left rear wheel bearing twice in less than two years and now its bad again. They refuse to replace the bearing a third time because I drove of 12K miles this past year. They want another $350 to replace it a THIRD time. So how long should a wheel bearing last on a family Outback wagon? Is this a bearing issue (3 bearings in three years -- not including the original bearing) -- OR is this is an issue caused by over-tightening with impact wrench instead of torque wrench per specifications? I believe the later. I have had the other bearings replaced at other shops but only the wheel bearing Ganley Subaru replaced has a problem every year. There have been at least two other times I had to bring the car back to Ganley after work was done to have it redone or fixed. Once the trouble light came on several miles from the dealership, so I called them and they told me to make another appointment! I drove it straight back and one mechanic (one of the 2 good ones let) had cleaned up but was still there and HE knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it in 2 minutes. The service rep was actually angry that he looked at my car. I do NOT recommend this new Ganley service department at all -- they appear 100% profit number driven and could give two cents about the customer satisfaction or building a relationship through maintaining your vehicle properly, correctly, and cost effectively. This past 1-2 years there has been plenty of BS lip service for customer service, very little quality auto service in my personal experience. Drive past this Service Department and head to Adventure Subaru in Painesville. In my experience you will have much better luck with the mechanics and Service Manager at Adventure Subaru. I don't have to bring the repair back like Ganley and their prices are about the same or less in some cases. I believe several good people actually got the heck out of Ganley service department after the reorganization and were recruited by Adventure. A few other Subaru owners I talked to confirmed my findings. Adventure used to be crap, while Ganley was good, but it has switched back around. I truly believe that a combination of the Owners culture (profit vs. customer satisfaction), and the Service Staff that left Ganley and went to Adventure Subaru have a lot to do with this. Stay out of Ganley Subaru East Service Department. I took my bad wheel bearing problem to Adventure and they fixed it for less than Ganley and they torqued the parts to spec.
