Friendly, fast, efficient.

Friendly, fast, efficient. My service advisor Eric Tippett was excellent. Made sure I got my service discounts and helped me with the rebates. Provided professional recommendations about what to do about future service without being pushy. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Beverages and snack were provided. Got out with Oil Change and tire rotation in less than 1 hour.

I have been bringing my vehicle in here since last year.

I have been bringing my vehicle in here since last year. Every time I bring it to get an oil change or any mechanic issue. My advisor Eric Tippet and his team do a fenomenal job. They are very reliable people. I’ve had work with mostly every service advisor in service department and they are all very reliable and trustworthy people. If you are looking to schedule your vehicle for any service needed this is the place to go. One of the most trusted service shop in Michigan.

They are still doing th ole Bait and Switch.

They are still doing th ole Bait and Switch. Their AI system sends out Sale Prices in a personal email to you but they will not honor the price they send you. They said the sale price was with employee discount but that was not writtne anywhere in the email they sent me.

Rude receptionist

Extremely rude girl who answers the phone, arguing with me to talk to a sales manager. I'm buying a car cash over the phone out of state so I asked to speak to a manager she kept asking me why after the 5th time explaining she said call back another time, #1 dealer my as@!

Don't trust call center appointments.

For the second time in a row, they said a car I wanted to test drive was in and available. I schedule appointment, they call to confirm appointment. I show up an hour later and the car has been sold and already done detailing. The onsite sales people say, 'yeah, don't trust the call center.' Later that day, call center rings in a cheery voice, 'how was your visit?' Are you kidding me? Waste an hour of my day because the dealership can't bother to pick up the phone and cancel the appointment?

I purchased the car at the end of lease and they

I purchased the car at the end of lease and they convinced me they will take care of everything and i do not have to go through the hassle of going to secretary of state. the process is so slow and they are not responsive. it would have been much easier had i bought the car directly from GMF
