    I would avoid the place. Looks like a legitimate car dealer from t6he outside. But under the disguise of a reputable looking car dealer was Absolutely... THE Worst Ever (used) Car Buying Experience I Ever Had!!! Went there with a friend of mine that never bought a car before. I am shocked at HOW UTTERLY LOW the Level of Honesty was, and how Shady Way they are: Test Drove The Car Then The Red Flags!! Drove a car and asked about financing, so the salesman took a credit application to the finance department. Upon the salesman's return with the financing details he was "excited" for us that she was approved for an 8.5% interest loan. (8.5% is very high, but my friend didn't have the greatest credit) The problem was when we actually did the math the rate he gave us was more like 13.5%. That did not make sense to me at all. 2.) After questioning the salesman about the obvious difference in the 8.5% rate he gave us and the 13.5% rate on the statement his reply was THE telltale sign that something shady was up. He said "Oh, I didn't run her credit" mmm...So, he didn't run her credit? So she filled out the credit application, and he walked over to the finance department, and came back with the paper we reviewed? That's not how it is supposed to work. He should have gone to the finance department, ran her application and given us her "REAL INTEREST RATE". Also worth mentioning after the attempt to sell us the car at the highest possible rate (we were slightly upset at that point), and they knew they were caught (both the salesman and the finance guy) they asked (told) us to leave, trying to make it seem that we did something wrong. Wasted 2 hours there! I would not patronize that business again.

    They wasted my time playing games with the pricing. I would not trust these people at all. The sales person kept running the okey-doke and checking with... the manager for a price. That is old hat. They need to do no-hassle pricing.

    Very good expirence with Steve Pierce and Alicia. Both people were very friendly and new what they were doing. Could not be happier with my vehicle and... the total buying process. Would recommend Marty Feldman to my friends and, would defiantly recommend Steve and Alicia.

    A similar experience to those cited below. They had a great lease price advertised, but of course when you go in they are out of 2018's. This happened... to me two years ago here to where I had to price out a vehicle at a GM dealer and show them how off their pricing was. That time I haggled them down to a notably lower price, and should not have given my business, but I like the vehicle. This time when they said they were out of 2018's, I knew it was the same old strategy. Priced out a 2019, and after saying it wouldn't be much more, it ended up being 3x the price. Ugh, some things never change. They must figure you might as well try it, someone may fall for this unscrupulous practices. The one positive was the salesman. He was a nice young kid that had only been there awhile and now has to be told my his 'management team to throw out these ridiculously high prices in hopes to fleece their customers. I would consider buying from him based on his genuine candor and positive personality if only he wasn't being given ridiculous pricing numbers to try and peddle from his manager.

    Literally had a sales person lie to me over the phone telling me that had a particular vehicle on their lot.. drove an hour one way buy it.. when i get... there he tells me they actually dont have it... as you can imagine it didn't go so well from there.. incompetent dishonest xxxxxxxx.. Plenty of decent dealers out there.. this is not one..

    Advertisement do NOT display honest pricing. Chatted with 2 associates, spoke on the phone with 2 associates, and e-mailed with an associate. All confirmed... the price, with incentives that I was elgible for, for the specific vehicle, confirmed by vehicle number and stock number. When I asked for the final "out the door" price to include dealer prep, license, etc., I was told I would receive a call back. When I was called, I was told the monthly payment. I noticed that the monthly payment was significantly higher than quoted and questioned the figure. That is when I was informed that the price that had been confirmed was wrong and they wouldn't honor or work to negotiate. The new price was over $5,000 higher. I was told, "Well that MSRP is $37,000. We can't let it go for that price." which was advertised and confirmed by previous associates. I should have been informed of the error. I should NOT have been told what my monthly payment would be without an explanation that the advertisement was wrong. They are trying to TRICK the consumer. I will NEVER trust the Feldman group! The Feldman group should be held accountable. It was not just an error on the listing in the advertisement. Stay away!

    Feldman Chevrolet of Novi, Thank you for wasting hours of my life tonight. After I saw the ad, I assumed there would be some hidden costs. I made several... phone calls to the same saleswoman, Amelia, where I confirmed $1k down, $140 per month, and $6-700 in assorted fees. I drove the half hour to the dealership and spent over an hour to be told the lease would actually be $450 per month. what kind of bait and switch nonsense is that? The salesman I was speaking with said "it's not that much more". In my experience, 3x the price quoted is significantly more. They also had forgotten to mention the $1300 landing fee. They didn't even make an attempt at rectifying the situation. I'll stick with the Ford for now.
