I had an appointment to purchase my leased vehicle.

I had an appointment to purchase my leased vehicle. EJ Borden was on time and Very polite, knowledgeable,respectful of my time. Finance department was through explaining everything to me. I was very happy with the service I received.would purchase another car from dealership if need arose.

2016 GMC Terrain

After having the truck for a week, I was told that they couldn?t replicate the issue I was experiencing. Truck would lose RPM?s when putting into drive like it was going to stall. I don?t believe that they ever drove my truck because as I pulled out of the service bay it did exactly what I told them it was doing and it?s done it every day since. Going to another dealership for service!!!!!

I’ve never been insulted regarding waisted time more than

I’ve never been insulted regarding waisted time more than this dealership. Buick repair appointments are scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Communicating by phone is just as bad.

BOYCOTT RAY LAETHEM

Ridiculously bad experience. They over torqued and broke a spark plug. I knew right away what had happened due to the loud knocking. I was lied to about it when I brought my jeep back to them. They actually marked the coil of the spark plug with a green paint to identify it. They replaced the spark plug then told me that I was wrong and there was nothing wrong at all. I basically got the ..look lady this is all in your head talk. I brought my jeep to another mechanic to scope it and do a compression test. Guess what they found? Yep I was of course correct in my diagnosis of the situation. They get so much business maybe too much. There are complaints all over the internet. They treat people and their vehicles like crap and even sell crap cars. BOYCOTT RAY LEATHEM! Tell everyone you know not to waist their money on this unscrupulous corrupt business.

They broke a sparkplug off in my car then lied about it

They broke a sparkplug off in my car then lied about it to my face. There are so many complaints about poor service and being ripped off by this place. I encourage a BOYCOTT RAY LEATHEM Campaign. Maybe if they lose business they might wise up and get quality mechanics. This is not rocket science.

Do not waste your time

I was going to purchase a car after finding one online. I had the financing application started, a deposit on the vehicle, date of delivery, etc., and the salesperson was lovely. Then, all of a sudden I was told Management decided on a new policy - that day, and in order to purchase a vehicle I would have to be physically present to sign the paperwork due to liability. Why even bother advertising on sites like cars.com? It was a complete waste of time and the other cars we were looking at got sold in the meantime and now we are back to square one. If you are not able to be physically present for signing - do not even bother with this dealership.
