Great Service.

I have always had positive visits when bringing my car to your dealership. Rob was the representative that helped me with registering my car for service. Very professional and helpful.

Prompt Service and Knowledgeable Staff

I was there to get an Oil Change. The technician informed my service representative that I had a nail in one of my tires. I was promptly informed and asked if I wanted to repair that tire. The information was appreciated and I had the tire repaired.

Great service, excellent facilities

I was kept informed as work progressed. Had the opportunity to test drive a couple of cars. Everything was completed quickly. Car was delivered clean and ready to go.

Efficient service without high pressure

My experience at Ray Laethem Buick GMC was more than I expected. From the efficiency of my dealings with Bob Hunwick and Lauren to the care and attention regarding the specifics I needed, they were there for me. Just being able to take vehicles home to test drive was unbelievable. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family to your dealership.

New vehicle purchase

Overall very good. I would recommend a little more attention to detail relative to condition of vehicles at time of delivery. However, issues were corrected without much effort.

Great Recovery from an Error.

The dealership did not have the correct part for a recall fix. I was given an Acadia Denali as a loaner.
