Totally prepared to buy a Grand Cherokee 4xe.

Totally prepared to buy a Grand Cherokee 4xe. Had a demo for sale with 2600 miles on it. Salesman didn'treally seem like he wanted the business: "Can't finance other than Chrysler/Stellantis starting at 8 -10%", "I was getting 10K over invoice for these vehicles a couple of years ago", etc. Went to Medina, got the same vehicle for 2K less with 2K fewer miles, and was able to finance through my credit union. Shop around, people.

I got my Jeep serviced at this place.

I got my Jeep serviced at this place. They put in a new engine in December 2023. My check engine light is on but they refuse to even find out why? They also put in a tranny oil cooler.. My jeep cuts off while driving. Shakes when you slow down. It’s in my driveway because I’m afraid it will cut off in traffic. Yet this dealership will not honor their warranty.

I highly recommend this dealership.

I highly recommend this dealership. Our salesman, James Pena was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. He made purchasing our new Grand Cherokee an easy process, and explained the functions in great detail. Walter from the finance department was pleasant, and we went through the paperwork in a very short time. We will definitely go back to this dealership when ready for our next vehicle.

Called to get service on a Wrangler 4Xe that I bought out

Called to get service on a Wrangler 4Xe that I bought out of town. They said they would do no warranty work on a car that was not bought at the dealership. Great customer service from Jeep and the dealership. Last vehicle I will ever buy from Jeep. Maybe if the 4Xe's did not have so many problems they could keep up with service.

Denied Service under Warranty

Brought in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for the "death rattle". It is still under warranty so I assumed it would be perfectly okay to bring it to North Olmsted CJDR to repair it. I was denied the available part because I did not buy it there. I called the dealership I bought it from who let me know that it's not okay to deny me if they had the part. And under my warranty I should be able to go anywhere. As of a result of this, I won't be purchasing a vehicle there in the future.

Never got my accessories for my truck

I bought a 2021 chevy silverado 1500 and never got my $3500 accessories . When i asked about the accessories they said there no such thing . I take my truck for service oil and filter change lost the engine hood insulation and the sticker for my oil change was never replaced worst service ever

Wayne in the service department was rude and nasty

I own a 2021 Jeep. It was having issues starting so i got it up to this dealership. i walked into the service department and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Wayne. He asked if a bought my Jeep there and i said no - immediately he responded "we wont work on your car" he instructed me to go back to the dealership I bought it from. He was rude and nasty and continued to repeat "you have to go back to the dealership you bought it from" I will NEVER return to this dealership and I want to be sure no one else has the same experience. Give your business to Brunswick Auto Mart!!!! they are the best!
