I love my new Jeep. Mac was wonderful to work with! There was no pressure and I feel we got a good deal. We will definitely be back! And I also appreciate that I wasn't treated like a girl!

Good straight forward buying experience
I identified a used vehicle for my teenage son. The dealer handling and pricing was very easy. The car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived to purchase. Overall an easy experience.

Out with the old lease, in with the new
The lease was up on my 2016 Cherokee, and Chris helped get me into a new Jeep Compass. Everything went very smooth and Chris is very straightforward and easy to work with. This is my second lease with Chris and this dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied!

"Waste of Time"
My husband and I stopped here to take a quick look at the used car inventory and found one we were interested in. Anthony was sitting at front desk when we went into dealership and although he didn't seem real excited about it, he brought the car up and we took a test drive. We felt throughout this part of the experience that we were bothering Anthony by looking at a car that they had for sale, and that he really had no interest in selling it. However, because we liked the car, we went in afterwards to attempt to make a purchase. While Anthony set us up in the computer, he shared that he loves working for this family-owned company where they are no pressure, if you don't want to buy a car or can't make a deal, they won't force it on you. That's great. Except it isn't true. After awhile, Anthony came back with an offer on the car and my trade-in. As is the case buying any car at any dealership, we intended to make a counteroffer. My husband told Anthony that we would just share our bottom line (which we didn't believe to be that unrealistic, but even if it was, it does not excuse the behavior). In response, Anthony said "yeah, don't waste my time," grabbed his papers, and stomped away, leaving us sitting at his desk, dumbfounded. His conduct was wildly inappropriate, unprofessional, rude, lazy, and frankly, it's shocking that his title is Salesperson. After reviewing Google reviews when we returned home, it is clear that this family-owned dealership is anything but low pressure and easy car buying. The last straw that put us over the edge and the reason I am taking my time to write a negative review, which I have never done for any reason for any company, was the stock email that we received from Anthony a few hours after leaving, which thanked us for visiting, and stated, "we are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers, and I will do everything possible to ensure that you are completely satisfied." As if the experience couldn't be any worse or the follow-up couldn't be in any worse taste. THE WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

Easy no hassle car shopping
Very friendly and non pushy sales. Very educated on cars with allot of information. From beginning to driving off the lot in my new car it was an excellent experience.

New Jeep Renegade
Tom Williamson and Walter Kriz really cane through for me. I'm so appreciative. Went to the dealership thinking I would leave without a new,vehicle but, Tom and the finance mgr., Walter,, they made it happen.
