Friendly people at North Olmsted CJDR

Matt Manes was a great salesperson. He answered and explained everything we asked about and demonstrated thorough knowledge of the Chrysler Town and Country. We were very satisfied with the service he provided as well as the price of the van .

North Olmsted CJDR is the BEST!

Incredibly professional and kind staff. Waiting area is VERY comfortable (great seats, wifi, and.... THAT COFFEE MACHINE!). I honestly think I was more productive working there while waiting for my Jeep than at my office! :)

Great service

Frank in the service department was fantastic. He really took his time and went out of his way to make sure my car was well taken care of. He said he was not giving my car back until everything that could be done for it was done for it. Car runs great! Great job!

great overall experience

Mark Brelo was very good, he was very approachable and knowledgeable. I spent a few hours at the dealership and he made me feel very comfortable and appreciated my business there. He gave me all the time i needed to make my decision on the car i was looking for and didn't make it feel at any point that i was wasting his time. We ended up making a great deal on a jeep. couldn't be happier

Everything is AWESOME

My first experience with this dealership was a recall that they caught that the other dealership that I went to didn't. I had a 2012 challenger and it died at work and when I talked to Nathan he informed me my alternator was under recall. I had an oil change a month earlier at another dealership and wasn't informed because it wasn't critical. North Olmsted informs of all recalls, it was towed there and fixed. That customer service made my wife and I go back looking for a new car. Christian was awesome! He worked with my wife and I, cared about our needs and got us a great deal on 2 cars. My wife got a 2016 Jeep Cherokee limited, and I was able to upgrade to a 2015 R/T Challenger. I will always go back for service and purchase!

FIRST CAR

CALLED IN ABOUT A CAR AND GOT CHRISTIAN. REMEMBER THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER IN A DEALERSHIP. HE TREATED ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND AWESOME AND DIDNT TREAT US LIKE IDIOTS. WANTED US TO ASK ALL QUESTIONS WE COULD. NUMBERS ON THE VEHICLE WENT WELL. OVERALL LESS THAN 2 HOURS IN AND OUT. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND CHRISTIAN FALCETTI AND THE DEALERSHIP.

excellent sevice

Walked in to set up an oil change for another day and the girl at the service desk wwas able to squeeze me in right then and was in and out in 45 min. Very nice, and very helpful.
