Satisfied Customer!!!

I had taken my previous car for service to this dealership and was ALREADY satisfied! When I started looking for a new vehicle, a friend told us to look up Zack at this dealership! Was highly satisfied how quickly he got back to me ! He recommended Becky who was an absolute doll! She made my buying experience wonderful! She was quite knowledgeable about the car and was as excited as I was!!!

After I left dealership i heard beeping . I had to return. They forgot to take instrument out of car. Waited an hour of my time.

Buying an Audi CPO TT Roadster - Out of State

I shopped Nationwide for a low mileage TT Roadster for over a month. I finally found a certified pre-owned TT at Audi of Bedford in Ohio. I live in Maryland and this is my 4th Audi and my first used car purchase. I worked with Max Duffy who was exceptional. He sent me videos of the car as it went through the CPO process. I bought this car without ever seeing it in person or test driving it which was nerve wracking. It took about 3 weeks but it finally arrived and exceeded my expectations. Even the paperwork was done in my home and they arranged for a notary to go through the contract with me. In the end I got this car 18K under original MSRP with only 20K miles on it. Great job Audi of Bedford. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership.
