I will never, ever buy a Mazda from anywhere other than

I will never, ever buy a Mazda from anywhere other than Mazda of Bedford. We have purchased several new and used Mazdas from this dealer and the experience is top-notch, from start to finish. Sure, the new showroom is gorgeous. Sure, the salespeople are friendly, respectful, and helpful without being pushy. But that's a minimum expectation for a dealership, in my opinion. What separates Mazda of Bedford from other dealers is the team working behind the scenes to support customers. Example 1: six years ago I was working in my home garage on a significant repair to our CX-9. It was a holiday weekend, so I knew I would have an extra day to do the job. BUT, I needed a part that could only be found at the dealership. I called, and they had it. This was late morning on a Saturday. I talked to the parts department and told them I was on my way there as fast I could get there. TWO guys in parts waited an extra 15 minutes after their closing time on a holiday weekend so I could pick up the part. They also talked me through some of the challenges I could anticipate when swapping out the old part for the new one. This is the kind of service and support I have always gotten from their parts department. Example 2: Milo in the service department. Hands down the BEST person you could work with when having your car serviced. He is honest, friendly, and direct. If it's an easy job, he'll let you know and encourage you to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. If it's bad news, he gives it to you straight and lets you talk through options. No judgment, no pressure. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda, do it. They're great cars. And buy it from Mazda of Bedford. I drive past a couple Mazda dealers to reach this one, and I always will!

Bought used Mazda.

Bought used Mazda. Great car, great shape, no problems after first months owned. No problem getting out the door price on paper from the start. Salesman played the "other buyer waiting" pressure game, but I didn't care. Right car Right price Right miles. Let's go. The one disappointing thing was in financing. Good rate but I was verbally told there would be a pre pay penalty on the loan first 8 months. Later I got curious and contacted the loan institution directly who informed me there was no pre-payment penalty on the loan at all. Tsk tsk guys. That cost you three stars. Cool car though.

My husband and I agreed working with Mazda of Bedford was

My husband and I agreed working with Mazda of Bedford was the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Our sales representative, Teddy Ross, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The General Manager, Scott Newman, even stopped by to introduce himself and chat. I highly recommend stopping by Mazda of Bedford if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

The salesman was friendly and very helpful.

The salesman was friendly and very helpful. The dealership also allowed me to have my mechanic look at it even though it was some distance away. I felt like I could buy my new car with confidence.

Brought my vehicle in under the “bumper to bumper”

Brought my vehicle in under the “bumper to bumper” warranty. My car had multiple rattles and possibly transmission issues. They basically called me a liar and said there are no rattles and everything is fine with your transmission. What a Waiste of time, energy and money dealing with this company!! They clearly do not stand up to their bumper to bumper warranties

Run away!

All I will say is they should be sued for fraud. They lied all through the process, saying I could take it to my mechanic before purchase. Was there for over five hours and getting ready to close the deal and all of a sudden it was by as is. Couldn't take to my mechanic. Was given all kinds of assurances. Before I had even made my first car payment it was barely running. Took it to my local mechanic and he said my O2 sensor was bad and I needed a new engine. What? They did replace the O2 sensor for free after having it for a month. The sales people acted like they didn't even know me. Now its blowing white smoke, the serpentine belt is frayed and needs over $1,000 worth of work, not including a bad engine. I'm a 72 year old woman on a fixed income. I'm contacting an elder attorney for elder fraud. They shouldn't get away with this! I gave them a chance to take the car back and void the sale. Now comes legal action. BUYER BEWARE. They lie! And DON'T buy their Gap insurance. They add the entire amount to your loan so you're also paying interest on it. Can't sell your car without paying it off in full and have to wait 60 days for a refund of balance...if they even refund it.

Be very careful buying a used car from here.

Be very careful buying a used car from here. Major issues before I even made one car payment! Also, don't get suckered in to their GAP insurance. They don't tell you the entire amount is added to your loan, so you're also paying interest on it. Also, won't let you cancel it. Suddenly my loan amount was over $1,400 more than my car purchase price! What a scam!!!

Seth Calig is one of the best car salespeople I have ever

Seth Calig is one of the best car salespeople I have ever worked with. Very upfront, helpful and not pushy at all. I had a great experience buying from this dealer, and if the need arose I would seek them and Seth out to purchase another vehicle. I am that happy with my time here.

Uncaring dealership

Purchased a used car for my granddaughter from Mazda of Bedford. Was assured the car had been inspected and passed. Was informed a week later b my granddaughter that the car needed an exhaust system and rear brakes. Called Mazda Pre Owned Manager and explained the inspection results and that those items should have been noticed upon inspection by their mechanic and at least mentioned if not fixed prior to the sale. He said to send the sales rep the inspection report and they would see what they could do. Sent the inspection report the next day via email to the manager and sales rep. Followed up with phone calls to both parties the next two days asking for an update. Got voice mails every time. It is now five days later and still nothing. It is obvious they have no intention of doing anything to even attempt to resolve my issue.
