They were extremely patient with me and gave me all the time to make up mind. When I became non-committal Mr. Paoella did not immediately go get the sales manager to activate the hard sell-which is common in the AutoMall age. They did not constantly blow up my phone with the corporate auto reply.m The finance staff took their and went through multiple banks to make sure I was getting the lowest rate possible. Buying from Tim Lally is like buying cars 30 years ago before the concept of the AutoMall was established. Tim Lally is more concerned with the customer getting wants and can afford and not what is best for the dealership. Start with Tim Lally and save yourself the headache from buying from a chain. The chain only does your CELL PHONE NUMBER, Tim Lally does your NAME!

I had a really great experience buying my car through Tim

I had a really great experience buying my car through Tim Lally Chevy. I purchased online from out of state and since I wasn’t there personally, I requested pictures and videos of the vehicle I was interested in and they were very accommodating. All questions were answered quickly and all concerns were addressed immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. My salesman was Justice Craver and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Very pleasant and professional.
