Thus far, it has been a great experience. Salesperson was quite helpful and experience with the service department was equally agreeable, although there has been little. need for service to date.

Professional environment. Keeps you well informed about your vehicle. Waiting time was minimal. Same day oil change without an appointment. Friendly staff.

The employee was very nice and friendly. Darryl waited on me when i when i came in with my Jeep and they were done working on it he came and got me to let me no the work was done on my car.Very nice worker at Brunswick

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!
