Bailey in the Service Dept.
Bailey in the Service Dept. made sure my vehicle was in (for oil change, tire rotation and brake check) and out in a very timely fashion. He also made sure I had a clear understanding of the charges and was sure to give me the current promotional rates.

Per the recommendation of my long-trusted mechanic (Ron Joyce; owner of Ron’s Garage), I met with a salesman named Ravi at the Brunswick AutoMart’s Volkswagan lot. Ravi was professional and Great to work with throughout the entire process! He listened to me regarding the type of car & features I was hoping to find, and the level of budget I had to work with, and he made it happen in short time. I ended up getting a 2019 VW Tiguan, which has been a better vehicle than I even expected to get, plus, the dealerships’ financing department worked very well at staying within my budget. Since the day I drive that car off the lot, I’ve had to call Ravi about just a couple of minor things (including a missing port cover & a back-up key). Both times, the situation was attended to within good time, and Ravi is always nice and professional to work with. Highly recommended!

Not the same service since Covid 19.
Not the same service since Covid 19. I purchased 5 new vehicles within the past 12 years. I’m moving to a new dealer and discarding my $70,000 jeep that keeps needing repairs that they don’t seem to have any time or interest fixing.

My first experience with Toyota I signed to get a Toyota cross hybrid day I picked up car dealer raised price 3 thousand dollars and raised agreed upon monthly price 25 dollars I signed paperwork needed a car but will never step foot in dealer again very dishonest stay away I feel I was taken advantage of and I am a senior . Do t trust them . My business will be eskwhete . Believe me word travels fast

I travel 1 1/2 hours one way for my Subaru service.
