Excellent Dealership for Subaru in Cleveland area
I just bought a Subaru Impreza from this dealership after trade-in my 2011 mazda 3. I had a very pleasant and friendly interaction right from the beginning of negotiations with my sales person Mr. Mike Mygro and the Manager Mr. Michael Lagaurdia, who also provided a very reasonable price for my trade-in to my satisfaction. The whole process was very smooth without putting pressure on me, but made me believe in their dealership to finalize the deal. Very respectable, matured and excellent customer service. The whole process including the paper work went smoothly. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone and I myself would be happy to do another purchase from them.

You go in for a wash and walk about with a deal
I had 6 months left on my lease, and I was in the area so I stopped in to get a car wash. Ran into Karen, and just started talking, and before you know it I was out of my lease and into a new vehicle that night. Leasing was never so easy. Brunswick Subaru really does a great job of making the car process as smoothly as possibly. I tend to think most people dread the 2.5 hour stop to look at a car and make a deal, but these guys do a great job of making sure you leave happy - and that's most important.

Buying process
We just purchased our second Subaru at Brunswick Automart. We purchased our vehicle through Eric Holley who was very knowledgeable, low pressure and worked hard to get us the best deal! We have sent three other friends to Eric and they also had the same experience while purchasing their Subaru's. Wewill always give Eric & Brunswick Automart our business.

Great overall experience
Just purchased a new 2015 Subaru Outback. The buying process was very easy. Our salesman (Ron K) was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. He didn't rush us in any way. I believe we paid a fair price for the car and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Financing is extremely low (1.9% for 48 months). Only negative is that we had to wait for the car to be assembled. Apparently there is a huge demand for Subarus. That said, we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart.

I went to Brunswick Automart looking to buy an Outback. I had a good experience all the way , my salesman couldn't have been nicer and he kept me informed. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and I do recommend them to family and friends

The Only Subaru Dealer ..... Period!
From the time we walked in the door to the day I drove my new 2015 Subaru Crosstrek Limited off the lot, everything - from the friendly and efficient staff to the normally "pain in the butt" purchasing process - was aah-mazing! I had gone to a different Subaru dealer in North Olmsted (you can figure that one out for yourself), and literally just turned around and walked out the door. But at Brunswick Auto Mart Subaru, the entire experience was excellent. I am confident in saying that when I am ready to purchase my next Subaru, I'll head back down I-71 to route 303 in Brunswick and visit the team at Brunswick Auto Mart Subaru! And I'll send my family and friends their way as well. It was more than worth the 20 minute drive from Rocky River!

Best Dealership Experience Ever
I had a great experience buying a 2015 VW Tiguan. I had put off buying a car because past experiences have been like a root canal. I did not feel pressured and was well treated by the staff. I am a widow and senior citizen and feeling I can trust the salesman and dealership is the most important thing to me.

Service work
I recently took my 07 Camry to this dealership for repairs. Before going taking the car in I had a mechanic pull the code due to the check engine light being on along with the Check VSC control. The code was a 606 which would mean the ECM computer would need to be looked at. He could not complete this repair because Toyota does not release their programs to anyone other than their dealers. I told Rich I had this done and he said they would need to look at it and the cost to run the diagnostics would cost $105. He had to charge this incase I would decide not to have them do the repairs, however, if I did the $105 would be rolled into the repairs. They call me the next day and said they pulled a code of 356 which indicated a coil was bad. The car ran find but I decided to let them do the repairs for $262. I picked up the car on Saturday and on Wednesday morning while driving to work ALL of the same lights came on, check engine and Check VSC. I put less than 100 miles on the vehicle during this time. After driving back to the dealer and leaving the car again they called the next AM to tell me the now got a code for an O2 sensor and it would be another $500 dollars to fix. When I picked up the car that day guess what the code is for the O2 sensor????? 606, the one I told them originally. I feel I did not have a bad coil and they did not conduct a complete investigation of the problem and cost me to waste $262. Rich told me he was not charging me the $105 for the second repair and I asked about "rolling" it into the $500 repair. He then said that was not what he meant the first time and he gave me a break on both repairs. CRAP he did. I would never recommend this auto dealer for any repair work.

Great dealership
My brother in law recommended this dealership and raved about Rich Miranda. Everything I was told was right. We bought a car from Rich and we got a great deal. He's a great guy, very nice personality. The finance guy Brian is also great to work . We were very happy and very satisfied with the service we received. Will definitely recommend Brunswick Auto Mart to anyone looking for a car.

leased 2015 Grand Cherokee
BAM... POW... BANG!! I called 3 local dealership's and emailed them exactly what I was interested in and said I couldn't talk by phone due to my extremely busy schedule. So I leased a 2015 Grand Cherokee from Ed Seifert at B.Automart just last week. Hand's down best car experience in 20 hears; even better than when I bought my Range Rover from Westside Autogroup. This is how I made my decision: Ed's EARS. Ed must have either super sonic hearing or the 3 other dealers chose not to listen to a freakin word I said; the latter of the two is less farfetched. Ed made it beyond simple. I have to say when they say "just sign an drive", well not exactly true.... Since he was patient and listened, he was aware of my busy schedule, he said "what time do you want the car delivered to your office." For a dealer to deliver a vehicle directly to me, is beyond impressive, as the delivery person took only 10 minutes to have me sign at time of delivery. Ed's a straight shooter and in comparison, he never asked what price I was getting from another dealers, he just had the best price right out of the gate. I read reviews on when i buy on amazon all the time, which helps me decide to buy or not and I noticed a few not so positive reviews about B.Automart. All I can speak on is I only worked with Ed Seifert and it worked out great! In addition, he even emailed and text me during my free time AFTER business hours knowing that's when I most most comfortable to discuss options. Professional and very knowledgeable.
