Always treated as though I have a personal assistant when I visit. Getting used to my new madza is made easier when you're being personally walked through answers to questions. Eric is a top level salesman.

Every time I have an appt they take forever just to tell
Every time I have an appt they take forever just to tell me they don't have the part in stock and they will call me when it's in even though I told them when I made the appt what the issue was. You would think they would have it there and ready when I came.in the 1st time for my appt. Then I never get a call I have to call them to see if it ever came in. They can never fix the issue the 1st time always have too inconvenience me to drive back out there a 2nd time. They don't care about their customers only if their making money.
