If i could write a 0 star, I would.

If i could write a 0 star, I would. I called about a suv weeks ago and they said it needed service before a test drive. I said make sure you call me once it's done and I'll come out immediately. I received no response and asked if they made any progress and they said they sold the vehicle. Just shows they dont care about treating people right.

Not a good experience.

Not a good experience. Spent four hours waiting for service only to be told they could not service my car. Could not recreate the problem of my car ignition not shutting off properly when this is known problem with this model and similar vehicles. Clear description of the problem on numerous internet searches including a class action suit. Now forced to go to a different shop to solve the problem. Poor customer service and support.

Marhofer Hyundai had my car for almost 7 weeks for

Marhofer Hyundai had my car for almost 7 weeks for repairs. My warranty I purchased for my car were denying to pay for repairs. I went to Marhofer Chevy and spoke with Chris Marhofer and he called the warranty department and got them to cover it. Thank you Chris for saving me almost $4000.

I still have the right to share my concerns on every format that I can so your deceptive practices can prevent others from your grip!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to your dealership. Additionally, your other response told me "we encourage you to STOP reaching out to our team". OMG what a way to do EVERYTHING you can. I wonder what you say when you don't do everything? I was once told "never underestimate the power of a woman's mouth". It's even more powerful in 2025 then in 1988 when I was enlightened to my power!!!

Working on the overall price was a lot of work, got to a

Working on the overall price was a lot of work, got to a place I am comfortable. After leaving I notice a half tank of fuel, later learn from the dealer that they do not supply a full tank. Also I downloaded the add for the vehicle and see the oil life is 60% but the carfax says it’s changed as does the dealer. Maybe that’s the case, maybe the oil life was just not reset, but how do I know for sure? Overall not great, it’s a lot of work to buy a vehicle here. Dawn was great, this has nothing to do with her, she responded to me. Update the manager who requested feedback has yet to acknowledge.
