Great service for my 2006 Honda Accord

I just had the best experience with your service department at Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio. The young man’s name is Dan Weinmann and he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was a simple fix so I wasn’t even charged. I have brought my 2006 Honda Accord and they have serviced my car several times. I highly recommend this business when looking for a car (we love Hondas!) or for any service needs. My husband used to be able to work on all of cars but isn’t able to anymore. I’m so thankful to have a good, reliable and honest place to take our Hondas. This business is an awesome place for our wonderful community! Thank you again for Dan Weinmann and all the great people a this dealership. I’m a customer for life!!

Honda Corporate Needs to Wake Up

Honda is a joke regarding replacement parts, beware. I do not blame the dealership nor the service department for the delay in securing a simple muffler. But having my Ridgeline sitting on the lot since 12/28 and hoping to get one in March is crazy. Time to leave this brand after being loyal to this brand over 13 years 4=vehicles. What a shame but this is not right. 2019 Ridgeline

The service department has been the worst I've ever

The service department has been the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Took my 2022 Honda in for minor insurance claim on bent rim that turned into a fiasco.

Service on our 2012 Honda Accord

On February 15 we brought our 2012 Honda Accord in for an oil Change. Tony Schmitz serviced our car, he was very friendly, knowledgeable & did a great job! All in all everything went well.

Alicia was extremely helpful and made the process very easy for us. She has a wonderful personality and is was upfront from the beginning. Alicia took the time to show us all about the car features not only before but also after finishing our paperwork.

I have a rare find 919 2007 with under 500 miles on it....

I have a rare find 919 2007 with under 500 miles on it. Took It to Rick roush. And talked with service Alvisor Noah And explain to him my concerns that I did not want Any mark on bolt And explained to him the bike had not been reached on and I wanted it to remain That way. They put on new tires and change for me. He entered oost me To the Tech Chris and I explained my concerns to him. They both assured me it would be no problem. They did the work and the bike is still Flawless. Awesome job guys . When I am ready to do upgrades. I will definitely bring it back to you guys. Thank you for doing such a awesome job. Would recommend anyone to take their bikes to Rick roush they are professionalised.

I drive a 2009 Honda Fit that has 295,000 miles and choose to service my car at Rick Roush Dealership. Honda's standard of excellence is evident in the work of the Service Department. All the maintenance and repairs on my car are precise, clean and priced reasonably. The staff is highly professional and helpful. Service Advisor Jim Klotz in particular will make certain that quality of work meets highest standard. I strongly recommend Rick Roush Honda Service Department.

Best buying experience ever

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan Harris was awesome. Finance manager made the process really easy. The show room was pleasant. Did not feel overly pressured.
