I just had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Kia K5 GT

I just had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Kia K5 GT from Medina Auto Mall. A huge shoutout to Joseph Strasz, who was exceptional throughout. He was straightforward, flexible, and very knowledgeable about the car. I had plenty of concerns and questions (I’m that type of guy), and he patiently addressed every single one. He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Medina Auto Mall and Joseph Strasz. We chatted a bit, and I know he’s in this business for the long haul because he genuinely loves selling cars and has many years of experience already. When you’re there, Joe is your guy!

They blow up somebody’s text messages telling them that the truck is on the lot to come in on Saturday and then when somebody comes in to look at the trucks, there’s no trucks for them to look at, but yet somebody wants to fight me because I don’t wanna purchase a car from you anymore wow

I was misled through entire buying process and when I

I was misled through entire buying process and when I went to pick up the car (loaner) it was damaged. They offered another car but it smelled like smoke and had more miles on it. The manager, Peter, made no concession, and offered no apology. Won't be back!!!

Jerry, Thank you for your review. We investigated this as we take our customers very seriously. When you originally reached out, you inquired about our lease special online. You wanted to upgrade to AWD and had to have a certain color. We were able to offer you a almost $4000 more car for advertised pricing. When you arrived, the driver side rear panel had been damaged and repaired but not to your standards. Peter apologized and offered to repair the vehicle correctly for you. You were unhappy so he found you an identical that needed to be detailed with a difference of 60 miles less per year. You were also unhappy with that and ultimately chose to move on. I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.

I recently made an appointment to take a look at and test

I recently made an appointment to take a look at and test drive a used Corvette at Medina Auto Mall. Soon after setting it all up I got a text back saying "the corvette cannot be test driven but we can start it up and everything else". Why can't I test drive a used vehicle that you are asking $65K for? I'll show you my bank account if you want me to prove I could afford it. New trucks and suv's cost way more and anyone can drive those. If it was a new Corvette I could understand not wanting people to joyride them but I'm not buying a vehicle I can't test drive. You've lost a customer for life.
