Ignored walking in dealership and left to stand around

Ignored walking in dealership and left to stand around even though we had an appointment. The car was not clean as we saw them taking it to be cleaned up on arrival. Very surprised a Cadillac dealership would be so inattentive especially when we were going to spend $60k plus!

Great price on my new car.

Great price on my new car. I was a little disappointed with the trade in value. I will definitely look at them again even though I had to drive over 100 miles to get to them

Stay away from this dealer

I bought a 2009 Audi A4 from here a few months ago. After a few days the car started leaking oil all over the place. I brought the car to a mechanic. I am now over $4000 in repairs, from misused gaskets to missing parts. There is no way this car was inspected by the dealer before selling. Car was missing a transmisson mount, engine mount, parts glued together. I would stay away from this shop at all costs

Horrible customer service.

Called 5 times. Text 5 times. Could not get a call back on a new vehicle. Horrible customer service. On top of that the vehicles I inquired about on the website they couldn't even tell me if they were actually at the dealership. So I eventually gave up on anything at that dealership and went elsewhere.

My mom, 74, has been a customer of Medina Auto Mall for

My mom, 74, has been a customer of Medina Auto Mall for 25+ years and her last 3 experiences have been horrible! The last one being the worst. My mom called several times regarding an email she received about turning in her lease early. After the 5th attempt, she asked to speak with the GM. He was not available, so they connected her with Tim, the sales manager. He asked her to bring the car up to get appraised so he could give options. Once arrived, we worked with a salesman named Tim. He was very rude and acted like he was bothered by us being there. He tried pushing us to buy the very first car he pulled up. When we told him we wanted to see several options, he got irritated (slamming things on his desk, making rude comments etc.). After the 3rd car he drove up, I went back to the sales manager, Tim, and requested another salesman to speak with as we couldn't deal with Tim’s rudeness any longer. The next salesman was Zach. After giving him some details, he told us he would call back on Saturday with options and never did. On Monday, he did provide options, but they were way out of our price range (from $700 to $900 a month for an Acadia, XT5 and Enclave). We couldn’t believe the prices provided so we decided to do some research. To make a long story short, we found a car well within our range. Whomever reads this, do your homework before committing to anything. Medina Auto Mall was not only rude, unprofessional, they were willing to take advantage of my mom. We will never go back to them ever again. If you’re looking for an honest dealer, we recommend Ganley of Strongsville. Also, anyone from Medina Auto Mall reading this, the jokes on you, as we purchased a total of 3 vehicles (2 new and 1 used) from Ganley within a week due to their excellent service. Then again, maybe it doesn’t bother you because it sure seemed like none of you wanted to sell a car. Also, I don’t know how you can sleep at night knowing you were willing to rip someone off like that. We will continue to share our story via social media and verbally to prevent innocent folks being treated like crap!

Scam Shop

Medina Auto Mall is a scam shop. I spent 8 hours negotiating an OTD price with Alex for a 2020 CERTIFIED Ram, only to find they had no intention of completing the sale. They "agreed" to a price verbally, but refused to provide a PO unless I first gave them a credit card. I flatly refused to place a deposit without seeing the numbers in writing, and I'm glad I refused. Once they finally put it on paper the OTD price was magically 4k higher! I will never buy from this stealership due to the non-stop dishonesty they exhibited.

BUYER BEWARE

Paid 100k for a truck and have been there 3 times to get simple stuff fixed and all 3 times nothing was done and was given excuses. Was there today and after 2 hours they said “all the parts for your truck are in someone’s toolbox locked up and he’s not here” very poorly managed. I own a company so it’s cost me thousands of dollars to shutdown those 3 days.
