I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler via the intranet.

I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler via the intranet. I located the one I wanted. I live 180 miles from the dealer. Renee insured me the vehicle was pristine. Renee sent me 20 plus pics of the vehicle. After some negotiating we settled on a price. The dealer even delivered the vehicle for me. Easy to work with. Thanks

“ Stay Awsy”

My 9th car from these guys sorry to say my last for my family. lied about value of my vehicle big time lied about what they could sell it for. Argued on every question asked full of bull wasn’t at my best but I won’t make that mistake again I guess I’ll have to drive to Barberton for my daughters car and my three vehicles for service reminded me of dealers of 30 years ago the auto business is tough right now but these guys don’t help themselves make it any better soon we’ll be buying direct from the manufactures or on line for a better deal without all the bull Terry from medina

An your bathrooms were very very Clean !!!

My review of Medina Auto Mall dealership was Top Knocked ! Being handicap with a walker, Sean introduced himself at ur truck to walking slow going in ! The lease experience was short an sweet, we were there at 4, an out by 6:30. Not having to hang out all day at a dealership,like previous purchases. Sean an his Manager worked with us to get the payment where we needed it. We hadn’t purchase a vehicle since 1997. All in all it was a pleasant experience ! Thank You Sue an Leo.

Used car shopping

This place is wy used car dealers get a bad rap I contacted them on a Tuesday eve about a vehicle set up a appointment for Wednesday to view the sales texted me 3 times assuring me it would be there no deposit needed next morning I called saying I was leaving had a hour plus drive no problem we will be looking for you got there stood around for over a half hour waiting for salesperson to tell me car just sold very unprofessional car salespeople are on same level as lawyers lowest most untrustworthy distrustful people out there!
