    Friendly sales guy. Sold me a piece of junk though. They ended up fixing several issues with the jeep I bought, but failed to mention the sky glider leaks.... They couldnt even replace the tpm sensor before they sent me home in it. I had to replace break pads, rotors, shocks and struts within the first 3 weeks of having it.. I havent had the car but a month and I wish I could return it. They do not have your best interest in mind I can tell you that. From the looks of it they dont do an inspection either. If you want a quality car, go somewhere more trustworthy.

    I love my new jeep. The ladies who work in the office were kind and respectful when time to get my plate. I can’t say the same for the salesman. He was... fine during the sale and trade in but once he made that sale he couldn’t have cared less about the customer because in his words (he has so many customers he can’t remember everything) really??! I attempted to contact him about my plate because it had been well enough time to get it. I came to the dealer that evening because once I called the office to find out the status, the lady told me it was ready to pick up. I packed my kids up and drove out there, after TEN minutes the salesman came out (I had my kids in the car) and acted like he didn’t have time for small stuff. If he wasn’t making the sale he had no interest in helping the customer. He said he can’t find them and doesn’t know where they are. Needless to say I was irritated by this point. Then he asks me if he was the salesman for my transaction. Soooo if I said no he wasn’t going to assist me. The next day he never replied as to where they are so I called the office and the lady said they had been laying on the desk the entire time. So she ended up FED EXing them to me and the salesman got really snotty when I told him what she did. Like I was inconveniencing him. He sucks.

    I purchased my Dodge grand Caravan five years ago. I had wonderful, friendly service & sounds like they were very patient with us through the whole process.... I have begun my search for a new family vehicle, and have had some correspondence with customer service agents that has been friendly and helpful.As I am still searching, I don't feel any pressure or rush, as the agents have been helpful patient and kind. Send me information that they think I would like & don't overdo it. I appreciate it & plan to buy from Medina auto mall again.

    purchased a car, sale process went smooth finance guys are rude and have no interest in helping after the fact. There are much better dealers out there... with staff that is more willing to support customers after the purchase has been made.

    I have been looking for a GMC Terrain with the Elevation Package for about 6 months. We talked to Brian Lorenzo and got the deal confirmed the Saturday... before the incentives ended. Brian overnighted the paperwork, we signed it and overnighted it so I received the incentives. As soon as the state lock down is lifted on the 6th the car will be delivered to me in Wisconsin. Now that's service. Thanks Brian and management for delivering excellent service. I know because we have a really bad dealer where I live and that's why we are shopping out of state for our vehicles.

    My son and I had a scheduled appointment to test drive a used truck. We arrived and our salesman, who I had previously talked to on the phone a couple... days prior, was no where to be found. Another salesman pulled the truck around front. Our salesman finally strolled into the show room....no apology for being late. We go out to get in the truck and the wheel wells looked like someone had just come back from mudding. I asked if this was new trade-in and the salesman indicated they took it in a couple of weeks ago. When I commented about the dirt, he said it had probably been sitting on one of their extra, offsite lots which was muddy. If I would have been the salesman, I would have been embarrassed to show the vehicle to a customer but he did not seem fazed. We walked away after the test drive due to all the rust on the underneath of the vehicle.

    Very nice salesmen asked questions and they were answered. When it came to try to buy a truck the sales manager didn’t even try to make a sale refused... to come off the price or Evan give a fair value for my trade in. Didn’t Evan get off his chair to come talk to me. Was very serious about buying a truck but I guess my money will spend elsewhere.

    DO NOT GO TO Medina Auto Mall for ANY type of services, even if your vehicle is under warranty! These people lack integrity on a level that should call... for all of their positions of employment to be terminated. These people are negligent, incompetent and disingenuous. They Had our Vehicle for 25 days and its functioning worse than it was when we left it there. Now It's not working at all even after their 2nd attempt of fixing it. They need to clean it up over there and terminate all of these incompetent employed JACKLEGS. This also goes for the Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep Corporate Office as well. They ALL need to be investigated. The CEO’s of these companies should also be held accountable as well. There is no doubt that they have lawyers and the $$$ to cover their xxxxx, but there has to be justice for their blatant lack of concern and fraudulence. Though we are going to a different location soon to try and resolve the issue; WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE. Shame on Media Auto Mall. And if they continue with these merry-go-round of lies with us, we will take legal action. The TRUTH will prevail. We’re going to get justice… As God as my witness, they are going to find out what the word JUSTICE really means.

    Don’t deal with this place. They try to sell cars that are already sold days before. Very unprofessional to deal with. They can care less to rectify anything.... Their rep, Brad White, is too busy to answer calls or text all day. Never experienced this in my life! This was an embarrassment! Talk about not knowing what the other hand is doing smh get ur life together Medina Autofail
