This place sucks big time. Don't go there xxxxxxxx sales people. Won't give you much for your trade. Glad I went elsewhere got better offer. 👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give zero stars I would. Enquired about this car prior to making the 40 minute drive to and from. Told it was in “tip top” condition and you’re going to love this vehicle!! Get there and there’s a literal piece of frame on ground under truck. Salesman was a condescending idiot and chomping his gum and waving his hands around after telling him we aren’t interested. Started laughing at us and acted like nothing was wrong with it. No wonder he didn’t want us seeing carfax prior to seeing vehicle. Liars. This vehicle shouldn’t be driven. Very unsafe!

Regardless of the incessant text spam verifying if I was coming to see the vehicle when I already said I was and the salesman being weird/ creepy/ rude he repeatedly told me the car was tip top and I would love it. Pictures online it was so clean. Completely AI edited photoshopped pictures. Actual flood car not safe to drive. The fact they would try to sell that to me after I said I needed something for my kids to have room is insane. This happens there all the time I’m sure. Similar incident years ago so its just common practice to deceive and lie to people. Pieces from the bottom of the vehicle were laying all over the ground. Solid rust. If I had stepped on the running board it would’ve been gone. Pathetic they would try to sell it to anyone or that it’s even legal. I’m sure photoshopping all the rust off the cars isn’t.

After reading their reviews and checking out their fake pricing I got a feeling u get when u know someone is going to scam u. I wouldn't buy from them unless I had no other choice

I just had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Kia K5 GT from Medina Auto Mall. A huge shoutout to Joseph Strasz, who was exceptional throughout. He was straightforward, flexible, and very knowledgeable about the car. I had plenty of concerns and questions (I’m that type of guy), and he patiently addressed every single one. He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Medina Auto Mall and Joseph Strasz. We chatted a bit, and I know he’s in this business for the long haul because he genuinely loves selling cars and has many years of experience already. When you’re there, Joe is your guy!

They blow up somebody’s text messages telling them that the truck is on the lot to come in on Saturday and then when somebody comes in to look at the trucks, there’s no trucks for them to look at, but yet somebody wants to fight me because I don’t wanna purchase a car from you anymore wow
