Worked me in quickly, friendly and great service

Although after bringing my vehicle in to be checked the problem was found to be minor. Often you will find places that will manufacture something wrong but they were HONEST with me and my visit. Something simply fixed. And I would like to say the woman, who assisted me knows as much as the men who have probably had mechanical experience.

Auto stop recall correction NOT SAFE

My experience with the dealership was great but the GM recall correction makes to auto stop feature very erratic. I think the adjustment to the auto stop is NOT SAFE. Can you disable this auto stop feature? The minimal gas savings is not worth risking the safety of my family.

Great service center

Everything went fine and I am well satisfied with this service call. They are very good with calling back to us and this was done on a timely basis. Nice folks to deal with.

Great service w/ excellant waiting area.

I had the 7000 mile check-up with 2 GM recalls and it only took a little over 2 hrs, well within the quoted time and a wash job on top of that. Very clean waiting area and attentive personnel.

Laria Chevrolet, Buick

I'd been having the issue of my car not starting at times over a period of a month or so. Should have taken the car to them at first symptoms but didn't. It only took them an hour and 15 minutes or so to diagnose and fix my problem. It was so simple, I worry every time I get in my car that it will happen again. I hope it was a permanent fix.

Above and Beyond Service

I showed up on a rainy Monday afternoon and the salesman who helped me, Chase Caldwell, went above and beyond setting up the cars I wanted to test drive in the middle of a downpour. He was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service from purchase to maintenance!!!

Very friendly and courteous. Sandy (I think that was her name) was excellent, helpful, and informative. After multiple attempts by myself, I was unable to get this film off of the inside of my windshield for several months. Sandy (?) took the extra time and took care of this for me. The film is gone!!! It's the extra stuff that really makes a company stand out above the rest. The carwash is always a nice added bonus too!!! Love Laria!!! Won't go anywhere else!!! Dawn Boudinot

Fast and friendly

The Service Dept was very friendly, clean and fast. They added an oil change at my request and everything was done as stated by the promised time. (Except for the promised car wash.) Easy and friendly! Thank you!
